The efficiency of this DMV is commendable, particularly when one has a scheduled appointment. The staff members are extremely helpful, and the cleanliness of the facility is exceptional.

Employees are working extremely hard. Long process but Ms. Rachel was exceptional with her customer service.
Was able to initiate my process and was so compassionate with my situation (veteran).
Ms. Donja also exhibited grace and extreme patience. Very kind and continued to educate customers on their options.
I am a residence of Tampa and this process here was just as lengthy but they had an employee out in lobby making certain that you had all of the documents that you needed once you are called to the window.

Out of state title transfer takes you through too many hoops hopefully today will be my day

Worst experience ever. I made an appointment for 2: 30pm. I left at 3: 35 because they were still backed up. I received a text a 4: 09 that my number had just been called. How can you make an appointment and be expected to wait over 1.5 hours before being called to see someone. I got there 10 minutes early like I was asked to do when I set the appointment. Who is responsible for this system. Totally unacceptable!

I will say the two ladies working in the front were very nice and dealing with everyone as best as they could.

The person I had to help me at the office was wonderful. She aided me in acquiring a license and registration for my car. San appointment is a must. Early morning is good also.

It was a very long wait. I had an appointment and had to wait almost 3 hours. It didn't take long once I was called.

My appointment was at 1150. At 1250 i was told they're 2hours behind. On appointments.
Seats were full to the point people are waiting outside.

I do not recommend this place, even to people I dislike. Even with an appointment there is no guarantee you will be seen. Sat from open, damn near to close before my number was called. Do better!

I am trying to get support so that neither wife can do the tes driver and there are no days available in the remainder of the year, how is it possible something is not right with the system and it can only be done by appointment who explains it

Was told to arrive at 8: 30 to avoid lines. WRONG! The absolute worst managed office program I have ever seen! The front desk lady was professional, telling me 2 to 3 hours wait time. WRONG! Sadly, my old Ford was rear ended, forcing me to register an Out of State van. 6 hrs and 43 minutes later I got service. Stay away! Drive elsewhere. Don't subject yourself to the misery of this place! The term 'going postal" is now morphed into 'going DMV'. Worst DMV on planet earth.
