This place is a fraud. They put cars out on their lot that won't even start. I went to test drive two cars that we were interested in buying and both did not start and we were told it just needs to be jumped off. For $14,000 nothing needs to be jumped off. This dealership sells cars with issues and makes them appear nice. Beware! Drive it before you buy, because you could be purchasing a car that won't make it off the lot.

In February I purchased my vehicle and the process was great from start to finished. I told my family how good they were. 2 sisters and a cousin went and got their vehicles and had the same great experience. I then took my mother who also got a vehicle and this is where it went down hill. We opted to not add the additional extras to keep her payments around $350 a month opposed to the $509 payment. The sakes guy Steven told us the higher payment didn't change the down payment so just keep it and cancel it before the first payment to get our $$350 option. Now I said no I don't want any hassle or no it takes xxx days to do type of thing as my mother is on ss and the $350 is lovely for her. He said it was only a phone call and it was instant removed and assured us the payment changed. So we said ok it won't hurt nothing, atleast we thought. Upon calling to cancel before 1st payment, learned it takes 4-6 weeks to remove and it doesn't drop the car payment. We are livid and now being told nothing can be done. This is the worst deceiving experience I have ever had.

The whole process from beginning to end went very smoothly. Brandon explained everything very thoroughly. There was no pressure. We were very pleased with the process. We love our Rouge! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Steven Fox at drive time made my experience a breeze. All of my options were laid out on the table for me and I knew exactly what I was getting. I definitely recommend drive time in pensacola florida.

Brandon made the car buying process so easy for us. We purchased the car out of state and had alot of extra paper work but Brandon made it so simple. Since we were out of state Brandon reserved the car we were interested in. We had a bunch of questions leading up to our arrival and he was so quick to answer. We also traded in our old car to help with the down payment and Brandon gave us a great price.

Brandon was absolutely wonderful! He helped us right away, even though we didn’t know it was appointment only. He took the rest of his work day to help my husband and I find a new car that I LOVE SO MUCH. This is the first car I’ve ever bought and it was the best experience && I can’t thank Brandon enough for all his hard work!

I was in desperate need of reliable transportation and had a coworker recommend DriveTime. I had bought a car a few years ago and the experience left me slightly twitchy and rather reluctant to try again. I found what I thought was my dream car and made the leap and called. Brandon answered the phone and answered all of my questions and put me at ease, so the appointment was made. I came in on a Saturday and everyone I came in contact with were welcoming and made sure to say hello and make eye contact. Brandon talked me through the paperwork and then dropped the bomb the car I wanted was going to be out of my down payment price range. He pulled up options that I could afford and there was my vehicle, the test drive was going great until the rearview mirror broke. Brandon never lost his cool he said we could put the car on reserve and do most of the paperwork and when the car came back from the body shop I could have it. I know I drove everyone up there nuts until the car came back that Thursday, but it didn't matter who answered the phone I didn't feel like a pest. When the car came back Brandon texted me and we finished the paperwork. I have recommended everyone who is looking for a car to DriveTime and when it comes time to buy another one I will be back. Brandon went above and beyond to help me get my new car.

Applied online on a Sunday, got a text from Brandon Monday. Spoke to Brandon for 10 minutes later that day and he answered all my questions and also relayed to me what they can do for me and was open and honest about everything. Called Brandon again Friday to let him know I was ready to pull the trigger on a specific vehicle and we set an appointment for Saturday and he gave me a checklist of what I needed to bring. Was in and out within an hour with a new vehicle. There are not pushy, I did not get bombarded with calls, texts or emails trying to get me into a new car today. Everything was done at my pace. Overall, I was very pleased with my buying experience and would absolutely buy another car there. In fact, just from my experience, my girlfriend is going up there in two days to get her a new car. Brandon was amazing as I'm sure the rest of the staff are.

I can not say enough about how helpful the team at Drivetime was to my husband and me. They made it an easy way to buy the car we got. They were also very understanding about our situation. I will definitely go back to get another car when the time is right.
