One year and a half ago I came into this doors really nervous to start a new challenge for me and my health, now everyday I show up and give my max, this community does not let you down and don’t accept half way work, we keep it together and support all the way no matter your level you will find the progression and improvement daily on this gym.
Love this place! The atmosphere is amazing and it’s great to workout here because the trainers and staff treat you like family.
After several gyms and 7 years of CrossFit, I can absolutely say that Driving Force is hands down the box to be at in south Florida. The facility and equipment are top notch. The programming and coaching are up there with the best of the best. The owners actually care about your goals, no matter how big or small. Drop in at 9am and I can guarantee you will be hooked.
I love DFCF, it definitely changed my life for good. If you are looking to get a fresh start this is the right place for you. Never is late to start doing crossfit.
