30I'm so satisfied with my service, they have better rates than any other person that I have gone to. This is my third time fixing my iPhone 6, and had the best experience with them by far and a good $20-$30 cheaper. Hopefully my phone doesn't break again, but if it does I'll be back here.
Customer Service is excellent. Owner Felix is conscious of the need for the customer to be kindly educated and informed. Not only did he problem solve my iphone issue, he charged me fairly, and tutored me on how to use my cel phone more efficently. I recommend THIS LOCATION for best satisfaction.
This place was great! Very knowledgable and friendly staff. They genuinely care about helping and don't try to steal your money. I will definitely be coming back if my phone breaks again.
Left my iPad to be fixed.sat and waited TWO HOURS to be told by the MANAGER, that he had no idea WHY HIS EMPLOYEE left my broken ipad In the drawer with 'ready pickups', AND left home without telling him he had an iPad to work on. Manager couldn't seem to careless about my situation, had nothing to say besides shrugging his shoulders. Will never go back or recommend his business to anyone.
