Recently stayed here for my 3 night vacation for Disney and I ahead absolutely loved it day 1. The service was great, they provided breakfast for free and “dinner” during their kickback hour which for adults you get 3 drinks and I just want to say thank you for the great service, awesome drinks and wonderful personality from Luis! The cleanliness of the hotel was awesome and I loved my room. The service desk provided wonderful service and was able to get us checked in immediate upon arrival and got us settled in with great information. I loved that shuttles were provided to the Disney parks.
Drury Plaza Hotel is an ideal base for people who want to go to the Disney parks. Disney Springs is a 7-minute walk away and the shuttle service takes you to all Disney parks in no time.
The room was spacious, neat and modern. Spacious bathroom and a lovely large bed. Average hotel beds are much worse than this bed.
The free breakfast and dinner are okay. Not very variable and if you stay for a week you will have had enough of the scrambled eggs and potato wedges after day 3. Dinner basically the same story. The quality of the food is very good!
The staff is friendly and helpful and will do everything they can to make you happy. Other facilities are also neat and proper.
We will definitely come back here again!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all hours. Hotel was clean and looks very modern. Definitely a great place to stay in Orlando!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Drury Plaza at Disney Springs. The included breakfast and “Kick Back” in the evenings saved us $100s of dollars over the course of our 10-day stay. The staff were exceptional and the room was spacious and cleaned on our requested scheduled of every other day. While housekeeping came a bit late, it was never a hindrance, as we were usually in parks or the pool in the late afternoon.
The staff were kind enough to modify our room from a king to 2 queens to better accommodate my husband, myself, and our son. They also managed to allow us to check in 3 hours early, as well as got us a room with a nice view of the Epcot fireworks show.
The shuttle can get a little busy, but as long as you make a reservation, you’re safe. The schedule worked well for our needs, we always kept a screenshot on our phones which allowed us to plan ahead around the sometimes limited number of buses in the late morning to early afternoon.
Overall a great stay! We would definitely stay here again!
