Fast and low prices! Ready when they promised. Was able to clean an expensive stained white suit shirt. I thought it was a lost cause, they made it look brand new!

After my last experience at an awful dry cleaners, this store had my business starting with the phone call to schedule my alterations. Lonnie was very sweet, nice, and professional.

When I went to drop my clothes off with her, she explained everything to me, which, as a customer I very much appreciated! She let me know what could happen with certain clothes and what she might not be able to do, upfront. She was everything I want in a business! No surprise costs when everything is ready because she'll let me know along the way. I'm so happy I decided to look for a dry cleaners in winter park, after originally assuming it would be very expensive.

The pricing was very reasonable and she was able to give me the pricing for everything I asked for, before I decided to have them done. I will be recommending this business to everyone I know!

Service here is the absolute best in town. We recommend them to all of our friends and family!

Tremendous customer service, quick turn around and the best prices in the area — totally recommend!

The response from this business is not accurate. First of all both curtains were discolored. One was so badly discolored it had to be replaced. Second, I did check the curtains before I left t. However, the only way you could see the discoloration was to hang the curtains and view them side by side. That’s also how we saw the water stain. Then to say I should have contacted you about reimbursement before I replaced the curtain is disingenuous. With supply chain we purchased it because they only had one in stock. Also you have not taken responsibility for the damage so you had no intention to reimburse. I still say bring your clothes here at your own risk!

This “cleaners” ruined a $200 Pottery Barn curtain and insisted that the issue was with the manufacture. They completely changed the color of the curtain and left a water stain on the item. I brought them two virtually new curtains. We had to replace the one that was so badly discolored. So now the curtain plus the cleaning was equates to a $228 impact to us. If I could give a zero rating I would. Do not trust this establishment with your items!

I brought my wedding tuxedo here and I was not let down at all. They tailored it perfectly to me and I feel like an absolute snack with it on. The timing was on point and I'm very happy with how they handle all of my clothing. Now I can enjoy my wedding this weekend more confidently. Lonnie is truly amazing and so sweet

Best dry cleaning service ever! I trust Lonnie with my favorite clothes. I bring in lots of fun Disney dresses that I wear to events and the parks. If I need anything tailored, Lonnie does a great job of hearing my odd requests and making it happen. She even made me a headband out of leftover skirt fabric. Lonnie provides great customer service. She is always cheerful and friendly. I receive calls when my items are ready. She remembers me when I visit. I highly recommend Dry Clean World.

I've been going to Dry Clean World in Winter Park for as many years as I can remember. I recently suggested them to a co-worker, and another co-worker overheard me and started chiming in with how awesome they were. It was pretty funny, considering both of us have to drive a bit to get there. It's a family business who does excellent work at an excellent price. They're so polite and accommodating, and their alterations are excellent, too.

The only place in Winter Park get your clothes clean and your shirt stain their staff is excellent
