DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Coconut Creek FL

My daughter needed shoes for a new job. We were directed to where they would be so all was good at first. There was only one box that had her size available. The box is empty. The display shoe is a different size. We asked if they knew where the shoes were but no. The sales person said she could order them but we needed them sooner. I asked if she could find out if another store has the shoes we need and got the "look" and an attitude change. Now we seem to be bothering the sales person. It was a simple request and should have been offered to us anyway. Im sorry she was having a tough day.

Not very happy with them right now. Went up to the counter buy my Vionic sandals with my $10 off coupon they sent me they said according to the fine print it doesn't count on Vionic shoes. Did not say that. It only said cannot be used on some items. They still have a great selection and I like the store.

Great selection. Go to the back and check out the clearance shoes. Great deals and the shoes are well organized.

It's my first time ordering from DSW. I needed some new sandals with support. I found the Skechers arch support and ordered online. Price was fine and the online order worked fine. Got my updates with order and when they were delivered to store got my notification and picked them up. Sandals seem fine and the support works so far. I signed up for the VIP club and got my discount and have the app. If the sandals work as well I hope will order a second pair for sure.

Lately disappointed with selection in store. Used to be my go to shoe store. Online much better.

Did a online pickup order and the guy at the register was super pleasurable! Good upbeat personality. Was there 4/13 2PM. Good looking store too.

I visited your store this evening. I had a nice coupon, expiring tonight, but I couldn’t find my choices (size) on the floor. When I had difficulty using the coupon to make purchases on line, Andrea helped me with a smile behind her protective mask. I greatly appreciated her assistance right before closing time. Thank you DSW for hiring Andrea. She surely represents your high work ethic. I’ll be back!

This place has the most courteous customer service. The variety of shoes is amazing/affordable prices!

The store was very organized and clean, however, when I went to check out Steven seemed a little annoyed.he placed my receipt in the box and shoved it to me, so I asked if I wasn't getting a bag, his response was that they were limiting the use of bag! Say what? He then acted further annoyed that I wanted one! Like seriously? It left a very bad taste, ppl spending their money, he didn't even nicely say whatever the bag issue was or if I wanted a bag or not. I do not want to leave the store with a box like I just stole it sir.smh.

Prices were higher than I expected. They have a huge selection and a good amount of shoes on clearance which were at a good price. That is all.

Great shoe store where you can find designer shoes at a discount. They also have a kids section, although it is limited. Staff has always been very helpful. Make sure to join the VIP rewards program to earn gift certificates with every purchase.

Always a good selection process aren't to bad but I'm a small shoe size so 5 or 51/2 are hard to find but I did find a cute pair of ankle boots

Thought the prices were very high for a store that is suppose to be discounted. Most shoes STARTED at $50.

Everything for everyone. Ok sales. Kind staff but computer was down so coupon lookup wouldnt work for rewards members.

Always can find something for myself.prices are different, range from $20-30 till $120-200, but if you looking something really luxury you not gonna find it there.

I had a very bad experience at checkout. I do not think this store follows all dsw rules. When trying to pay for a couple of items I liked the cashier didn't want to use 2 offers I had, as per shared image, in additional details reads you can combine with another offer and rewards certificates. The manager also stated the same, it seems they have their own rules. I'm very disappointed. I refused to buy anything. They just lost a costumer, I won't spend any cent here again.
