DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Tampa FL

I have been standing in line for 15 minutes bc they only have 1 cash register open. There are several employees walking around the store and standing around. The vast majority of the customers are in the line.

The sales associates were very helpful! At least 3 of them ask me if I needed any help, and were attentive to my need of finding boots. One of the sales associates told me of how I could save more money by signing up to the program so I got extra discounts! This store has many brands and types of shoes sandals and boots! I found my favorite sandals n super nice selections n clearance.its comparable to the tampa premium outlet in Lutz which is so far from me. I will be back

Ashlee was great! Super sweet and helpful. Her manager got so sassy at her for no reason right in front of customers. Ashlee still was so nice though. I put 4 stars ONLY because of Ashlee.

BUYER BEWARE! DSW uses a 3rd party company called The Retail Equation that tracks your returns and will ban you from returning purchases WITH NO WARNING. If you shop a lot online like I do - do not shop at DSW or you will be stuck with whatever you order. Lesson learned from trying to save a buck.

Also, this location has awful customer service. Nobody knows what's going on in the store.

Great deals on shoes especially if you have a coupon. Some of the staff members should not work in customer service.

I went exchange a pair of shoes for my 3 years old daughter, It was a birthday gift from my sis, out of state. The cashier took the shoes and started typing on the register while I was telling her that I need a gift card to get the same shoes but a little biger and send picture of my baby with the shoes and at the end she just return everything to the card of my sister instead of just giving me a gift card. Please be careful, the associated of this store, they just don't care about customers. Something so simple, listen to the customer.

Large selection with latest style for everyone and prices in some cases more low that big known stores.

Rude staff, always terrible, curbside is non-existent. Northdale has much better customer service, this DSW is basically Walmart on blackfriday… but everyday… they need to close it down.

Stopped by last week to buy a pair of dress shoes for my friends upcoming wedding. The shoes needed to be ordered which was fine but I wanted to use a $10 off coupon that would be coming to my email at some point. I spoke to the manager and she told me to bring the shoes back once they arrived and they would apply the coupon. Well I brought the shoes back today and Alexa was so helpful in making sure the coupon was applied so I could receive money back. Thank you for your great customer service Alexa!
