In what reasonable mind you have a store open when you are remodeling or fixing the roof? !? !? I just left the store full of dust EVERYWHERE and of course, very congested because every item you touch is dusty. I don’t know why the manager/owner couldn’t/didn’t wait until holiday season is over to do this fixing/remodeling/etc. But I do know that is a place for anyone to get an asthma attack or a really bad allergic reaction. Unbelievable.

Overpriced shoe prices different for price on the box. When you get to register price is more than clearance sale.

Attempted to make a return and the manager was very rude. She accused me of wearing the shoes out while I only wore them in the house to test them. Never going back.

First let me start by saying I’ve not shopped here since 2010. Years ago! Their selection isn’t very diverse nor do they offer reasonable prices for the basic shoes they sell. I must warn you all that the clearance is full of used and damaged shoes. My daughter purchased some shoes and when she brought them home I noticed the bottom had been worn. This is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. I don’t recommend shopping here.

DSW is one of my favorite stores, this one seem small, and really couldn't find the type of shoes I needed. The staff was great.

My shoes broke while I was walking at an event that was held here at the shopping center/plaza. I went here and found a great replacement.
Customer service was nice.

All of that with good price as a good great deal for me, I want to thank all the stuff specially Ava! Today at around 230 pm I went in and wanted to buy a charger since my phone died and I use GPS to get around. The cashier told me to buy the charger i needed to provide my email address which I told him I didnt want to and asked if I could skip that.he said I couldnt, but instead if i provided my home address we could proceed. I personally felt that was worse, and I did not want to receive annoying emails with promotions that I did not sign up for nor do I ever visit DSW anyways. HE told me without this information he could not sell it to me. Dissapointing to say the least that you cant buy something without having to enroll into a rewards program that you arent going to use or interested in. When ask why he needed it he said for a rewards program and i told him i didn't want it but he still refused to sell me the charger. I ended up not making it home on time due to not being able to charge my phone. I wish he would have tried to involve someone else like a manager who could have been more human.

First, I would leave 0 stars if I could. I don't write reviews often and usually minor mistakes I let them go, but not today. I ordered shoes and requested delivery to the store. I watched one ship and take 9 days minus a holiday to arrive to the store. When they arrived with the other shoes on the 8th I thought ok I am flying back on the 10th and will pick them all up.

I walk in give my name and the woman starts to look for them. Grabs three pairs of shoes not the four I ordered. Walks to a woman and whispers then tells me my "order" was canceled by corporate because I did not pick them up in time. I reach out to customer service and they tell me the order was canceled because I had 5 days to pick them up. So if you received them on the 8th of January and today is the 10th where did the 5 days go?

To make matters worst their app is telling me they are in the store. I request that my entire set of orders be canceled and they tell me to call another number. I called the store for kicks and giggles to see if they can explain the magical 5 days and left on hold. Then someone picks up the phone to tell me the "manager" I guess thats who I was talking to will be a while. So instead of calling me back they want to leave me on hold.

As a Chief Experience Officer of a multi-billon dollar company who has the pleasure of speaking to people from all over the globe on customer service. Now when I speak about how to deliver an amazing experience and how not to, #DSW will the example I give. I guess I did receive something out of the transaction!

Great selection but way over priced. I found the exact same shoe on Amazon for $20 less. If they would lower their prices I would give them 5 stars.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rewards program. Very large store. Nice clearance section in the back of the store.
