This was my second time visiting the store, there was a small issue with my shoe and Jeremy assisted me by offering to order me a new shoe or he would clean them for me which was awesome! Also at check out Katrice and Mary was awesome with customer service and very helpful! I am very pleased with their outstanding customer service! Please give a special thanks to all 3 of them xoxo

My wife and I went shopping there and a lady brought in a snake. My wife is terrified of snakes, so we had to leave right away. We just got there at the time I walked up to the front desk spoke with all the associates that were at the front counter. There were four of them up there and I asked them their policy on allowing snakes in the building, they told me that I had to call the mall and talk to Brandon town center and find out their rules on bringing snakes into the building. They had no idea if it was OK or not yet they let a lady bring her snake into the building, which scared my wife, so we had to leave right away, I think management should make sure that everybody is up-to-date on policies that are like this so people like my wife and I don’t have to run out of the building because of something like this.

I stopped by to get my son some shoes. It was my first time in this store. The young man, Kaden, was amazingly patient, professional, and kind in his interaction with me. Even convincing me to sign up for a reward program which I rarely do. As I was leaving I noticed that he was consistent in his excellent customer service with the next patron. Thank you Kaden. You represented your employer in a great light. Keep up that attitude son, and you will go far in life.

Really nice shoes for crazy good prices! + they actually stayed open after hours for me, usually any kind of store will kick you out just before closing time whether you have stuff or not.

Got some oxford shoes a a pair of sandles for the wife. Many different brands in the store. They let me use a coupon ontop of a sale. It was all good.

Had a pickup today 06/24/2023. Jeremy was SUPER helpful and accommodating! He’s what excellent customer service entails.

I used to go here all the time. Now I don't really like their Abbeville. Staff is nice though.

Just exchanging a pair of shoes for a larger size that I received that day before. Friendly and accomodating staff and I was out in just a few mins.

Large range of shoes that will fit your budget. The sales are wonderful and very affordable. I really like the shoe arrangement and that makes it easy to find what you're looking for and the sales (sticker/percentage off) is fantastic. The staff is very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. That makes the store more comfortable and easy for your shopping to be totally enjoyable. You are treated as a person and not a number.

This was my first time there! Not what I expected! I might come back another day! The prices seem higher compared to other stores! Not sure!

Shoes were less online than in the store. Stood in line for 5 minutes. Just wanted to get out of there and ask about a $10 difference.
