Good customer service. Store is clean and organized. I wish there was more selection of shoes size 11 for women.

Good store friendly people. Except I needed to use restroom woman said they didn't have one. Funny thing I've used it before.

Went to look for shoes in my size and there was nothing in their inventory. Size 11 1/2 is not that unusual.

Considering the current situation, there are a lot of deals to be had, but the selection isn't as good as it was pre COVID19. On and all I still give it 5 stars.

Sizes were not regular. Choices were limited and staff was not very helpful. I even had one of the security tags left on a purchase that was only discovered at the airport.

Tim was such a great help! I was dealing with some shipping issues and he helped me get my shoes and made sure I was content with the solution. Also, dsw customer service was very understanding and great.

I always find good deals here on shoes that I like. They have a large variety of shoes for women, men and kids. This is my go to place when I need to buy shoes.

I prefer this location over the Pembroke Pines location because of the wide selection. Also, there are many shops near by just like the other location so you could plan a full day of shopping, if necessary.

If you haven't been there you should really go. Great selection, great prices and make sure they have your information because they're very diligent about making sure you have discounts lined up for your next visit.

Huge store, and there was only 2 registers open. Had to wait forever, no one asked if i needed help, shoes were unorganized price tags were missing, shoes were not paired with correct sizes. I will never go here again. Horrible location. I do not reccomend.

Took my lady there. The staff was quite helpful and there is a wide selection. I will be going back again.

The selection is a little weak in the Sale section in terms of quantity and variety. Notwithstanding, they have great sandals everytime I go here.

I like they have a lot of space for stroller. It was comfortable to try shoes and stroller was a always near me. And it's a huge choice of shoes. I left with sneakers I wanted)

Always clean and friendly staff. Shoes are slightly overpriced in my opinion but they usually always have sales going on.

They are always amazing! I've been shopping with them for awhile now and love their selections and style. Plus, I got an additional $20.00 off already low prices.

Now this is the place to go. To get some kick ass kicks. Man they have some very nice shoes there.

I highly recommend this store, prices are worth it and the quality of shoes are really good, and the costumer service, they are really nice and friendly! I’m glad to find this store.
