DUAL - HARDEE'S / Hardee’s, Jacksonville FL

Left my steak biscuit out of the bag and I tried to call them to let them them know and they never answered their phone. I called several times.they used to be accurate and fast, but now they are not accurate nor are they fast! Very disappointed in Hardee's!

The Hardees on Wilson habitually closes before posted closing time. We are in the drive thru at 9: 19 pm (Tuesday night) and posted close time 10 p. Only 1 car in parking lot and kitchen dark. Poor practice.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on Frisco bread combo. I paid and got my food I checked as I always do and the bread wasn't toasted. I went back through the drive thru line and was told that their toaster was down! I then gave the sandwich back to the manager who charged me for the orange juice and hashbrowns! I asked for corporate number was told corporate doesn't have a number and to just compete the survey on the receipt! I will never ever go back to this Hardee's again!

There dine in is not opened because they don't have enough employees if I were you guys don't trust them.

I've gone several times this week. They're short handed, but they seem to put extra effort in serving purposely slow with two to three people on the front6. However, there's one cashier (I'll have to get her name) that doesn't seem to have an issue with getting orders out quickly & she's the only one I saw on the frontline.

Customer service was good, food was also fresh and hot! Kudos to the young lady who made our shake's!

Some of the nicest people and best service. Only negative is they ran out of the ever popular "Honey Mustard" sauce. Still love going to this HARDEE'S.

Horrible interaction at the drive through. Girl asked for my order and I gave her my order. Then 30-45 seconds of silence. Then she asks if I can hold for a bit, I say sure. 30-45 seconds later she comes back and asks again for my order. I give her my order. She then says "what was that? " So I raise my voice a little to give my order, now a 3rd time. She then says please don't yell it messes up the speaker. I just left. No customer should have to deal with that kind of incompetence. I will never go back there again. Hardee's lost a customer.

The drive through tenant was horrible. I pulled off and went to Normandy blvd and they took order with out the extras! Guess that’s why Wilson was empty

I was so excited to try the new chicken waffle sandwich. When I opened up the box the waffle was broken, I honestly thought someone had bitten off of it. It tasted alright but wouldn't try it again.

We went at 9 pm and the frys are cold and the burger was ok
The drive threw windows are nasty if i was not so hungrey i would have drove away. Need to be cleaner. The person was great when taking the order.

I honestly don't see how people eat McDonald's when there's a Hardee's around. The food is so much better!

Hardee's has the BEST hot ham & cheese sandwiches ever! They're absolutely delicious. They have a hot ham & cheese meal with fries and a drink for $4.99 and it is always hot because they make it after you order. It never sits there. It's always fresh! Try it, you won't be sorry! I promise!
