Duffy's Sports Grill, Boca Raton FL

Have been a customer at this location since they open.

Order a simple pick up order. Staff putting order together can't follow special instructions from order and printed on receipt. Requested all items on loaded baked potato on the side and everything was mixed as mash potato inside. Requested condiments and they placed silverware instead.simple instructions and they can't follow them.

Called to talked to the manager and had to hang up; and staff left me on hold for 12 minutes.

This place always had great service.

Now the service is terrible!

Somebody at the Saint Andrews store took my brand new prescription of medication anti-depressants and lied to me about what happen very smug when I came back to ask about him I believe it was the manager the tall skinny dude sucks

As far as Duffy's go this is one of our favorites. DJ, Allie, and Karla are great bartenders. Tyler (bald headed dude) the manager is always super friendly and attentive. Great place to watch the game on a Sunday or just come hang for drinks while the wife shops for things she doesn't need at the mall.

Duffy's Sports Grill in central Boca Raton just seconds away from Town center Mall is a great place to grab a bite, the game and a cold one.or two. Grab bar food but also some out of the ordinary foodie fare. Service is hit or miss depending on who you get, but all in all to be expected. Drop in for happy hour or even a little late, kitchen serves til 10.

The food and service is excellent the manager came by and made sure we had everything we needed.

Cheyenne was AMAZING. Welcoming, attentive, a hustler. She is someone I'd hire and I owned a restaraunt in Rochester NY

Last time I was here the place was a mess. Phone ringing off the hook, people coming back with wrong takeout orders, etc.

I’ll go back for a beer when the games are on but that’s about it.

I had Luca as a server for lunch the other day and his service was exceptional and the food was great. Would recommend.

Was in the other day and our server was Abraham!
He was very sweet, attentive with our food and drinks, always there when something needed to be taken care of immediately.

Good food great service good prices but sooo HOT hotter than outside everything was good but I'd never go back just because of how hot it was! I don't like eating my dinner, while sitting in a puddle of my own sweat.

Victoria was great! I ordered drinks and appetizers…but the jokes were better than the food.

Cheyenne was very attentive, pleasant, efficient, good disposition and always with a beautiful smile.

Had dinner St Patrick’s day with 3 others all had Corn beef and cabbage. Large portions and very tasty. Great sports bar and excellent service! Have tried other menu selections and all were delicious.

I just ate at Duffy’s and ordered 10 wings! It was so good. My server Victoria was so sweet and was so helpful. I will definitely be back!

Love coming to Duffy’s and getting the best service from queen Victoria! I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Salad and their High Noon 2 for 1 deal!

I came down for a quick trip and visited. I was quite pleased with the fish tacos! Outstanding and my sweet waitress was just so cheery and helpful advising me what to get on the menu. I will definitely be back. I love when you have great food and excellent service!

Tyler the gm.was absolutely excellent, my burger came under cooked and he happened to pass by and ask how everything was going not knowing he was the general manager, not only did he get my order up to temp asap! Then he bought me and my date a round! He apologized for the inconvenience and made it happen! I wish there were 10 stars! Above and beyond, I’m a Duffy’s regular and today he didn’t miss!

I am a first timer here and was completely shocked at why I’ve never came here before. This will be my new favorite place. I got the philly french dip and it was amazing to say the least. Also my servers name was Victoria and she was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She was very attentive and helpful for me being a first timer. She took very good care of me and I will be back!
