Always delicious food. Great service. Enjoyed the drinks. The wings. The burgers. And the live hames always running on multiple tvs.

Just another garbage restaurant or at least the location is garbage the people who work there the managers they all create a gang environment where they take everything personal and if they don't like you they just get rid of you. You apply for one job and then they have you doing another job plus dishes. I used to work there I know. The managers don't want you vaping but they themselves will do it. I love Duffy's they have great food but the northlake location I got to get one star

Picked up my order tonight. The girl at the front had no customer service skills. She did not greet me, just looked at me until I told her why I was there. When I paid I wasnt going to give her a tip and then I thought what if there’s someone else up here working with her. Stupid me. I gave her the tip, she said thanks so softly I barely heard her … thanks… ok.she went and got my food and handed it to me.no thank you, no have a nice night, no please come again, not even a smile… NOTHING… and I asked for ranch for my salad and got blue cheese.not her fault…
The last time I picked up food there they forgot my salad dressing.called, no apologies just a come on back and we’ll give you an extra one… I promise I’m not going back to this location again. I’ll go out of my way to go to the one at PGA and US 1

Food was ok, service ok, this place needs a total renovation! It felt like a place from the 80’s, very outdated and it didn’t smell clean, sorry

I don't know why I don't learn my lesson and not get a steak from Duffy's on Northlake, I always ask for medium rare and I always get raw, for some reason this past year or so it takes forever for the food to get to the table and when it does it's never piping hot like it should be, they're chilly was good my grandson enjoyed their wings but that coffee was not fresh and never give you a small spoon and sugar and creamer whenever you ask for coffee they always forget and then the time they get it to you your coffee is cold. Duffy's used to be a great place to go with the family especially on a Wednesday night but not anymore, even if fettuccine comes out dry they never mix it to be cheesy and smooth it's always dry and never has enough of the cheese you always have to ask for extra and mix it yourself.

Laura is very kind and caring. The burgers are very good and well garnished! The meat is very good!

Wife n I went to Duffys on Northlake, we usually go to this one because it's better than the one by home, well I guess the chef was on his first day because the mozzarella cheese sticks tasted like fake cheese and the hamberger I order rare was done, brown all the way through it, not a fan of a place that can't get the easiest way to cook a burger done right, don't really think we will visit this one again, just not worth it

Waited 4 years to travel back to Florida and was looking forward to our usual trip to Duffy’s

Unfriendly staff.

Washrooms were filthy. Restaurant floor was sticky and dirty.

Food was terrible. Soggy quesadillas. No cheese, only a bit of unflavoured chicken. No peppers or other toppings. Less than a teaspoon of sour cream and runny tasteless salsa. The kids meal hot dog was overcooked and the bun was so hard and crunchy it crumbled apart. No toppings except ketchup were offered and the waitress never came back after taking our order. The host person delivered our meals. Waited 45 minutes after finishing- no one collected our plates and leftover food- barely edible so most of it was untouched. No one brought the bill and had to ask the unfriendly host by the desk and he reluctantly had someone bring it. They dropped it at the table without a word and no one came to get my credit card. I left the cash on the table and left.

Will never go back

I just walked out of the building right now and had a great experience with Julia and the server. My mom is in town visiting and she did an amazing job with everything. She helped make the atmosphere better even though it’s already pretty cold in there.

Waited 20 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge our table. Mind you it was DEAD in there. Than I don’t know if our waitress jaw was wired shut BUT I couldn’t understand her for the life of me. Too many workers standing around doing nothing. Than I don’t know what happen that someone brought a box of I’m guessing deserts for the crew and they all went nuts and all went into the back AT THE SAME TIME. I don’t know who’s running this joint but I must say it’s very very unprofessional. Manger (or what looked like a manager) yelling who wants to go home? !? ! It was just a very weird experience. I got their burger which was just that a burger. Their boneless wings on the other hand were DELICIOUS! I would recommend! Would I go back? No, sorry I wouldn’t. I could only imagine that place busy……

Had a great experience as usual! Jaimie is the best! Always on point with service and pleasant to hang out with. Beer is cold and good food.

Absolutely appalled by the terrible experience I had at Duffy's! I placed an order with them, and it turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish. First and foremost, they completely mishandled my order. Not only did they get it wrong, but they also managed to mix up the items, leaving me with something I didn't even want.

To make matters worse, when the bill arrived, I was shocked to find that they overcharged me by a whopping $40! I couldn't believe it; the prices were already exorbitant, but this was beyond unacceptable. When I brought this to their attention, their response was lackluster and indifferent. They showed no remorse for their mistake and seemed uninterested in rectifying the situation.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but the least a reputable establishment like Duffy's could do is apologize sincerely and take swift action to correct their errors. Unfortunately, they failed miserably in that regard.

I expected much better service and professionalism from a supposedly reputable restaurant. This entire experience has left me feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. I will not be returning to Duffy's, and I strongly others to stay away as well. There are plenty of other places that offer better food, fairer prices, and most importantly, a level of customer service that Duffy's clearly lacks. Save your money and your sanity and avoid this place at all costs.

Sat at a tiny corner booth and it was SO HOT. We waited 10 to 15 minutes to even have a server come to us. She took our drink and appetizer order while we waited AT LEAST another 15 minutes. NOTHING. Not a drink to be seen. Now it's been almost 25 minutes and did I mention it was HOT in there? Meanwhile the manager comes over and greets two men at a high top, chatting nicely and asked them if they had been helped. Didn't glance twice at us. The booth behind us had bad service as well.

We decided to leave. Told the kids at the service counter we waited over 20 minutes and didn't even have a drink. The girl said, " Well, bye then! " 2 for 1s or not, this is unacceptable. Duffy's should be ashamed.

Waiter was great super nice and polite. The Manager on the other hand hastled my service animal and my medical condition infront of my date, which was embarassing. Food was alright,
