Completely unreliable. I am the only house without power in my neighborhood I reported an outage at 8pm and got told that it would get fixed at 11pm. Now it is 11: 27pm and got told it would be fixed at 1am. This is an outrage. They need to better there response time.
Their website and app are trash. Need to reset my password every time i log in. Have even had times i reset it put the new password and get locked out saying the password is wrong
They got one job and I must be the other guy because I do my job and they fail on every other
