7December 10 I went to lunch with my husband since I had pregnancy cravings. We stopped at Dulce Sazón to order some frappes. From the moment I arrived to order, the lady at the register had a bad attitude and was giving terrible customer service. Still ordered. My order was a Ferrero frappe and a pina colada. The pina colada that was delivered to me was not completely filled. My husband asks them if they can make me a new one and the lady was rude and refused. I don't recommend it, bad service and exaggerated prices for a pina colada, $12 for a glass that at most seems 16oz and $16 for a frappe.
Viviana and Francisco left them a message on Instagram and they blocked me, I need them to communicate and comply with what was scheduled, they ordered Miguel Pérez and he doesn't even answer the calls, be serious about business
Horrible customer service. I was given something other than what I ordered and when I tried to explain to the lady handing out the order she wouldn’t fix my order and was rude. I went back to the window where I ordered and told the guy that took the order and he refused to fix my order and was very rude and unprofessional. When I ordered I was speaking to him in English and he took my order but when I went back up to tell him my order was wrong he said he didn’t speak English and told me to get someone that could speak Spanish to talk to him that he wasn’t going to speak English.
Spectacular, the food is excellent. The attention is the best. The frappes and pina colada are highly recommended.
Went to order a frappe and their price went from $14 to 18 as soon as we checked out … just for a drink. $8 for 5 strawberries.very disappointed in their customer service and prices not a friendly environment
Always have to come get one of their drinks here every time I visit! They are soooo good! Try it you won’t be disappointed. They have so many delicious flavors.
I would give it minus-10. They are terrible.they don't take orders well and when they deliver it they refuse to change or modify it. MRS HILDA. Very rude, he was asked for orders of one flavor and he delivered them for another.and he refused to change it when the mistake was theirs. Believe me.don't buy from him.customer service is lousy. Don't waste your money.
