He was able to take me into his office immediately, repair my teeth and make me look and feel as nothing had happened. I greatly appreciated the prompt attention from Dr. Spencer and his staff. Let's face it, no one really likes going to the dentist. For me, I've always had dentists recommend a ton of extra "stuff" which I absolutely hate (like why is upselling even a thing in healthcare?). Because of this, it has been much too long since I've been to a dentist. These guys truly checked all the boxes. Convenient location, they got me in quickly, super clean office (looks like it may have just been redone?), super friendly staff, they were ON TIME (like to the minute), the doctor was very personable and took his time and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and didn't feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. They even offered to help get everything submitted to insurance even though they are out of network for me. Absolutely 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Dr. Spencer and hygienist Danielle were wonderful! Upon my first visit to their office I immediately felt I was in good hands. They are incredibly thorough and have all the newest technology. They are also very personable and knowledgeable. Happy to have found a new dental office close to home!

Linda and Patty are just as lovely. Dr. Spencer is patient and informative. Everyone I've encountered here is absolutely great.

We're new to the areas so finding new doctors can be scary. From the moment I called and spoke with Kim I knew we found a good place. My first appointment was today, I called Kim because I actually had my day wrong in my mind not my calendar so I was going to be late. Kim was sob pleasant on the phone and told me no problem. When I arrived Danielle was my Hygienist, she is so nice put me right at ease, than Dr. Spencer came in, he's very easy to talk to, explained everything as we went along.it was the most thorough appointment I've ever had. They both talked to me and made sure I was okay the entire time. This office is Amazing, caring and professional! Look no further for your teeth! Thank you!

I recently was dealing with a very painful broken & infected tooth and was so thankful to have been able to call, get in the next day, have it examined and make a determination to get it extracted the following morning! I want to say Thank You to Dr. Spencer & Nicole the dental assistant who both made me so much more comfortable during the procedure; as Dr. Spencer thoroughly explained everything he was doing & why during the entire process while his assistant Nicole put me at ease and I appreciate their time and compassion as professionals and highly recommend them!

Dr. Spencer's approach to educating why he is making a recommendation rather than only stating that a procedure be done helps me be part of the decision and feel confident with the path forward. I’ve always been a scaredy-cat when having to go to the dentist but as I was experiencing some sensitivity I thought it was time to make an appointment. Upon my first visit to Dunedin Dental, I was impressed with how friendly the staff and dental assistant was. I was still nervous but was immediately put at ease. My dentist, William Spencer was very personable. He administered an injection followed by a filling and both were completely painless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dunedin Dental to my family and friends.

Just returned from my appointment with Dr. Spencer to replace a cap with a hole in it. My mouth is small so I was concerned that he would have trouble working on that back tooth. But, no problem at all. I was totally comfortable the entire time. I have been to many dentists in my life.and I can honestly say that this practice is the best. Patient comfort is a priority to the entire office.

The staff is amazing! They are friendly and professional. They even thanked us for coming in when they greeted us. My husband and I went to see Dr. Spencer to get a second opinion and I am so happy that we did. I don’t think I have ever received the care that he provides. Not only is he very personable he is very thorough and explained everything! He even knew what an existing problem was that I’ve had for years and that no one has been able to identify or explain. Instead of four crowns that the previous dentist said that I needed he determined that I only needed two. The other two teeth didn’t need anything! Better yet, his pricing is much less than the other dentist! Thank you Dr. Spencer and staff. You have anchored two more happy customers!

Omg amazing! Less than an hr I was do nervous! They made me feel welcome calm and I didn't feel a thing! Amazing staff and the Dr was very knowledgeable and comforting! Very Affordable as well!

Great experience at Dunedin Dental. First of all, Danielle, the Hygienist, does a thorough job with cleaning and x-rays, while maintaining a gentle touch. She is a real pro! Dr Burton is also excellent. Besides being technically proficient, he also clearly explains what your treatment options are. I feel very fortunate to be one of their patients!

You will truly receive the best care, and feel free to ask any questions that you have, they will explain everything so you can make the best decision. That is important to them and it added to my comfort level.

Dr. Burton and the entire staff at Dunedin Dental Associates are amazing! The most friendly people and they make sure they get to the bottom of the problem. Just an all around great experience at this office and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking dental care.

I have had many unpleasant experiences with dental care extending back to my childhood. Recently, my permanent bridge cracked and I was so reluctant to start over with a new Dentist since Dr. Millman had retired. When I found out Linda, an incredibly kind and caring receptionist, was still there it gave me the confidence to try DDA. (Kim is equally wonderful to work with)
Dr Spencer has been the absolute best Dentist I have ever found. Though my only option was dentures (confirmed by second opinions), Dr Spencer and his staff have made the experience as pleasant and painless as possible. For the 1st time in my life novocaine shots have been almost painless and actually worked! Thank you to everyone at DDA for all the care, patience and kindness given to a dental phobic like me.
