They have one guy working in there on a holiday poor guy was trying as hard as he could really slow service need more employees. No complains on service or drink.

Counters and everything was clean too entranced nowhere restrooms were fine was able to go in and out somewhat quickly I go in here quite a safe and light it up location

Very disappointed when I heard the employee saying that I "annoy her". Never go back again!

Drinks are sometimes fresh and they quit serving you an hour before it closes.they’ll ignore you

I love my chi tea here. I always go inside to pick up and I’m always amazed how Jasmine The assistant manager is all hands on. And did I mention she makes the best knock your socks off chi tea? I don’t care how long the cars line up in the drive through they are on the ball getting them all through. I like to go inside just to see them all in action.

The Dunkin is fine the gas station it's in is run by a foreigner who doesn't clean or check the bathrooms which literally had poop on the walls

The only reason I am giving as high as a 2 is because of Jasmine, the sweet kid (male w/glasses) sorry didnt get his name and Veronica, super glad she is back. These three always get my order right and listens to how I prefer my coffee. Today will probably be the last day I go through there, i rarely order food but decided a plain toasted bagel w/cream cheese would be alright, so I get to my desk, taste my coffee it was alright however my plain bagel the top was hard as hell-o and the bottom piece was onion or some flavored bagel is pieces of onion. I highly despise onions. So this might have ruined this location for me, I go there daily, most days twice for coffee. I feel the lack of attention to detail and the managers you hear talking down or AT the employees is the reason mistakes happen. It doesnt seem like a run environment and its reflecting in the products. The owner should invest on more people like the 3 I mentioned above. Also Bre is sometimes really good when she isnt distracted. The onion bagel has possibly made you lose a loyal customer, I am tired of calling and having to complain.nothing changes.

The service was okay. The drive thru took a long time so I think someone ordered something huge, I guess.

Very rude, I usually order 3 dozen donuts per day. I was told by the manager that they were not equipped to handle that kinda volume and that I needed to go to the other Dunkin’ Donuts down the road.

The servers are charming and the food is absolutely fantastic. They offer lots of variety. The decor is unique and adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

This Dunkin always gets my macchiatos right! All the others make them WAY too sweet. This is one of my favorite places.

This Dunkin is located inside the Circle K they are often busy and like most places they are hit or miss on service. My favorite is iced coffee with cream and one of the many flavored seasonal swirls which at this time is Pumpkin. I have also discovered that I love their hash browns their a great little snack.

This place is a f¥<£en joke placed an order for Hillsborough County fair on 10-18-19 in the afternoon so we could pick up on 10-19-19 and get there and no order done had proof on phone when called to make order at 5: 21pm. And the sad thing they didn’t even have enough donuts to do order after all, so went to other locations on how 60

The staff is rude and unkempt. They seem to hate their job and it shows in their faces and how they treat the customers. When this location first opened I was super excited because it is so close to where I live.the initial employees were super nice, service was fast and I never had an issue. Now, I believe this morning will be my last trip there, no greeting, 2 employees arguing with each other at the window while I wait for my under cooked egg and cheese wrap and half full coffee.

One day last week the milk must have been going bad, my coffee smelled and tasted sour so I did not drink it but was already at work when I first tried it.

I too wonder where the management or owner is of this location. It's dirty and messy behind the counter. I hope someone takes notice and they hire some people who take pride in their job and themselves and don't just roll out of bed to come make others miserable right along with them.

I go to this location a few times a month because it is closest to me, but I always seem to have more trouble here than other locations in this area.

Too often I have ordered a drink and not have it come out as specified, or have another problem with it. Some examples include being served lukewarm coffee, drinks not having the specified amount of sweetener, and bad drink mixing in general. Usually I shrug these off, but in my most recent visit I actually ended up getting my drink remade because it was undrinkable.

I also seem to have to repeat my order more often at this location (e.g. I usually order a hot coffee, and they’ll read it back as iced). I once had a visit where I ordered an Medium drink as part of a coupon and was charged for a Large drink. I realized this only after I paid with the app on my phone, and was told that I couldn’t have the money refunded to my Dunkin account. The attitude seemed to be that something could be done about it in the future, but no one was willing to solve the problem for me at the time.

I’m not sure who is to blame for this consistently inconsistent service, but I just hope whoever reads these reviews can do something to get some feedback to this store. I probably only have a 50% success rate with this location, while other locations in the area (which I visit just as frequently) are always 100% satisfactory.

I just made my last trip to this location. If you are going to hire "dumb as a box of rocks" people that have dirty finger nails and and Rastafarian dirty matted down hair that work without a hair net.and they hand you a cup of dripping hot coffee that is still leaking badly after you already rejected the cup once due to dripping coffee down the side of the cup.only to find they poorly wiped down part of the cup but not all of the cup.you don't need my business. Also, half the time I go there they run out of apple fritters. Yes, like the other review says. I've waited for 10 minutes for my bacon, egg and cheese bagel only to find when I get home that it is burnt badly (way over done). If this is the best you can hire you need to widen your scope of candidates or pay more to get people who know how to take a shower and clean themselves up. Disgusting! These people ant $15 per hour.no way!

I usually don't write reviews but.
I go through the drive through very often at this location. The lady taking the order is usually abrupt and not friendly at all (she acts like you're a bother). My main concern is the older lady that is there in the mornings that works at the drive through window. The other day she was obviously sick, coughing and wiping her running nose with her hand, while taking my money and handing me my food and drink with the same hand, and then grabbing napkins to put in my bag on top of my food. Gross! This happened a few days in a row until I just stopped going there.

Also, at the drive through window, the employees are yelling and aggravated at one another and saying the "F" word repeatedly and loudly at one another - standing right at the drive through window. They seem to hate their job and I, as a customers, feel that I am just an annoyance. The DD down the road near Valrico Rd and 60 is much better.

Seems to recurring Obstacle with this dunkin no "Hi how are you today" more of wait then what do you want to order and so quick to rush you through your order then so quick To make you park (for 2 drinks and a wrap) must have a timer or something and parking is Manipulating times There has been times where I've seen 3 to 4 people parked they hardley ever toast the wraps and when they do thier burnt no one taking orders seems to be pleasant. This is all over the years i have been going and just this last time person swipes my card tells me pull up no receipt didnt even ask had the person go back in after brinking me my food. There are times im in and out and a pleasent expereince but to many times these other occurrences have happen my review will change when i see change.

Stood there while everyone took care of the drive thru finally someone noticed me. Ordered 2 croissants bacon egg cheese 5 bucks. While dunkin donuts usually has good croissant these were not done.doughy. Not well browned. This makes for a disgusting croissant. As a croissant should be light and airy. Crisped top. Flaky like. Took to long to make sandwitch. And they have a coffee machine that sounds like a car pulley locked up and burning the belt off it. Very uncomfortable to the ears and nerves
