So I love this DD! As long as I’ve been coming here-the people are so warm, friendly and welcoming. I go there every morning and they have my coffee waiting right when I walk in. Great team, location and-amazing coffee!

I like to try all did but this one is to dirt no gloves? Or could not see show cast or who's making your food order. Never will I return to that did sorry.

I have been trying to get in contact with this store since yesterday. The phone number provided here does not work. I ordered a mobile curbside order and stayed waiting for more than 10 minutes and it was not busy and I cancelled my order because of how long I waited. I wanted to know if I would get a refund for cancelling it?

So I have never left a review in my life but I'm doing this in the hopes that the nessasary changes will be made to address the issues. To start off its been numerous mornings that I get there and the employee is over an hour late so if you order online and have to be on time to your job you're basically out of luck. So just this week I had 2 incidences the first 1 I went to order and the employee ask me if I could come back in a half hour then on the following Friday I went to order 4 dozen donuts and the lady proceeded to laugh and asked if I was serious which took me by surprise because without being said she was basically saying I'm taking all her donuts. Please if you are the owner here help get this place back on track I really love this location but just needs a little help with management thank you sincerely a loyal long time customer.

Worst dunkin i’ve been to.took forever and i never even got my full order, when i asked for the rest she ignored me and walked away.wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

Very mean stuff they look at you and talk like they hate to work there not a pleasure to order anything there. Guy with a stupid mask "I can't breathe" I believe that should be against company policy.

Same as always, great staff and prompt service, store seemed very clean I was content, thank you guys!

Me and my nephew stop at this place to get one md coffee and one md latte and 3 donuts i was eating one Boston creme and it have one piece of metal please be careful when going to this place

I'm pleasantly surprised to find a DD right down the street and around the corner from me in my new neighborhood of Winston Park in Coconut Creek. The ladies in there are always sweet. I watched one of them speak in 3 different languages to 3 different customers, very impressive!

Horrible service! You can only order by downloading the app. I chose curbside delivery, I pulled up the order was not ready, they have no phone number, I watched about 5 people walk in order and walk out with their order, meanwhile I'm patiently waiting. I even flashed my headlights for 5min. I finally had to get out of the car to retrieve my order which defeats the purpose of " curbside delivery"!
I even called the gas station where they are in to relay the message
OMG! I finally get my sandwiches which are cold by now and lukewarm coffee. What a way to start a day will not use them EVER! Dont do it! Wish i could give a negative rating.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The worker Trayvon gave so much attitude that he fell my food on the floor while making it. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes just to redo my food. Every time I come the workers that work there get worse and worse. I suggest you to not go there at all.

Went to this location to get my usual iced coffee, the ladies working behind the counter were friendly enough, and, most importantly my coffee was made perfectly! This will definitely be "my" new Dunkin!

Let’s be honest DD is not known for their stellar customer service and I’ve rarely been treated kindly at other DD locations however on every occasion I come to this one they are always kind and eager to help. I accidentally forgot to grab my food with my “on the go” order and returned back to the store 10 mins later and the manager re made it fresh for me (even though it was my error) and the young woman offered to refill my coffee while I wait. They could of just let me grab the bag of stale food sitting there for 10 mins but they didn’t. This is the customer service that all DD locations should have!

Worst DD ever. Keep away from this place. They make you wait in line, rude and they don’t follow the formula. The coffee has an disgusting taste.

Dirty bathrooms with no soap (how can you be in the food industry and not have a working soap dispenser). The manager (gold tooth guy) was grumpy when I asked him to please toast my croissant after I noticed it was cold and hard. He said I need to tell him in advance but I shared that I wasn’t aware it would be so cold in the morning. Staff needs to get refreshed and cleanliness improved to meet DD standards.

Order is accurate about 75% of the time. They recently had another staff change and they are "Speedy Challenged".

Absolutely worst dunkin donuts experience ever.where do i begin? Is it the employees who didnt smile at all and look as though they were ready to commit suicide in their eyes? Or was it the fact that i waited 20 mins for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches while there were 4 employees in the store? 2 of which, who i assumed were managers, were in the back, doing god knows what.while the other 2 employees who had absolutely no idea what they were doing scrambled around to get all the orders done.there was 3 other customers in the store.one before and two after me.so not too busy, but everyones order was some how wrong.or they forgot something.or gave the wrong size.or didnt know where the straws were.simple things.all while the 2 other managers were in the back not helping at all.it wasnt until i started getting visibly upset and asking where my order was, when the other two came out and they STARTED to make my order. AFTER i even had to remind them what i had on my order.when they couldnt find any cream cheese is when i just left without my 2 sandwhiches because i was going to be late to the doctors now because of all this trouble.hoping that they could save themselves with the frozen chocolate that ive been waiting now 30 mins for, that i have in my possession, i take the first sip.and it tastes like they poured the whole bottle of chocolate syrup in my drink.absolutely positively disgusting.never coming back here.you shouldnt either.if i could give zero stars, i would.id probably even give it negative stars.boo you DD.

Went there this morning and the gentleman was so nice and kind he was fast what a good person to have in ur co only thing I can say he shouldn’t be working alone at least two ppl poor boy was doing it all he was fantastic store #516649

Great coffee, but hot food is no bueno lately. My bigntoasted bread was stale, or they dont have the bread so disappointing lately. Lady who stations the hot food used to be super nice and was the best chef in town, lol, not sure what happened to her attitude. I'm not ordering hot food from here anymore.

I went at 8am, that's 8 in the morning for clarification. They did not have any food, only donuts. The lady said they ran out of food. It was 8 in the morning
