Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
16Hi hello. I love this dunkin it’s close by my house and it’s very clean and very convenient for me Also are you guys hiring? I’m 15 but I believe I could be a big help ️
Got a large original blend dunkin coffee and a box of 6 assorted doughnuts!
Can't go wrong with that order!
This location Dunkin is easy to get to and parking is easy too.
I recommend the place easy to get to and nice people helping out at the counter.
I'd recommend the "ham and cheese melt" for breakfast! It's out of this world!
Donuts were fresh and delicious. Customer service was ok. I think it could've been a little better if they weren't so busy.
My girlfriend ordered a curbside pick order for me, since I was driving. I got there and waited for 20 minutes then decided to go inside to get my order because I didn't want to be late for work. I got inside and my sandwich wasn't ready because they didn't the bread I wanted. I do love DD but the one on 100 weston Rd is the BEST
I would put a zero star but it was not an option. Had to wait for the 1 employee to finally apear from the back, she forgot the sugar in my coffee and messed hazelnut syrup instead vanilla. Got a donut super dry
Unbelievable! Empty shelves, no napkins, no toilet paper! I went there for munchkins and there were none. Tables not cleaned! I have NEVER been to a Dunkin that had nothing right.
Morning staff very rude. Drive thru service very short tempered and impatient with customers. Blonde manager does not know how to handle customers. Black haired drive thru worker doesn’t even know how to articulate an order correctly.
Was very nice. Employees friendly an attentive. Knew the new items. Great Service an clean. Impressed!
Horrible horrible horrible!
Too many people working and little getting done!
Most of the orders they were handing out were wrong ; double the work and longer waits for customers
I use to visit this location often but, I have not been much over the past few months. Obviously, the management has changed and for the WORST! The manager, Shannon, was VERY rude and unprofessional. There were new employees working that had no idea what they were doing. The manager was working the register and then moved over to make sandwiches (without even washing her hands). I am pretty sure Health and Safety guidelines are not be followed there: (
Worst dunkin in the area by far. Every time I have gone here which was quite a bit since we live across the street they always mess up the order and we end up waiting when people that came in behind are getting their hot made food items before ours somehow. The leadership is pathetic here and the workers just seem like they could care less
Friendly staff, orders almost always correct, when busy grill over taxed causing mixup on items. Nothing serious.still delicious
Ordered mobile to go order of 2 donuts, 2 drinks, and 2 sandwiches. I never got my donuts with the order and one of the sandwiches was prepared incorrectly. I was in a rush so I didn't bother to check the bag.
This is the worst Duncan Donuts in the world. They do not make donuts or have any donuts. 2 12 year old employees behind the counter who do not know anything about the donuts. Shannon should win the award for Worst Manager of the year. Its a real shame what gas happened to this company.so much for " Time to make the donuts"
No receipts were given when I ordered. I ordered a maple bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin because they were out of both croissants and Texas toast. Someone took my food and the guy and the sandwich station gave me the order of the person who took mine (which means I paid more to get less). I brought up the fact that someone took my food and he said "just take this one" and resumed working on the following orders. If any of that happened at the Dunkin I used to work at, everyone on the shift would've been written up no questions asked. The only reason why I didn't argue and have my order remade was because I'd already been waiting a while and had somewhere to go. Be wary of this one in the afternoons
