Simply Horrible, I live less than a mile from this Dunkin, but would drive 3 to 5 miles out of my way to get cofee somewhere else. Constantly got the wrong order, when the order was right the cup of coffee I got was half filled. But I can say the people are friendly, but the service needs work.

Sign on door says store closes at 7pm on Saturdays, store was locked up and worker mouthed they were closed before 5: 30pm

The staff at this store are amazing! I don't know all of their names but i do know that David has amazing energy all the time! Everyone at this location is fantastic!

At this point, I don’t know why they haven’t just closed their doors for good. This location ALWAYS disappoints. Service is ridiculously slow. Going through a drive-thru should be a fairly quick process but be prepared to wait atleast 15mins for the most basic order. I have tried on multiple occasions to get my coffee from here but they actually make me run late. The other day I drove in (3 cars in front of me) ordered an iced coffee…craziest thing, they said they were OUT of iced coffee.at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The only thing they could serve was espresso drinks. I’m sorry, isn’t this a coffee store? BREW MORE. Now I’m stuck as cars have pulled in behind me so I order an iced latte instead. 30 MINUTES is how long I had to wait to get that beverage. They can barely serve the items on their menu (see picture attached). They consistently close well before posted hours and it’s just sad at this point. You really do have better luck driving a few minutes out of your way to a different location.

This location needs help bad. They close at different times everyday. Today was 4: 30pm yesterday was 5pm. Go to the drive thru and no one says anything even though they are inside. And supposedly the drive thru is open? This is the worst location ive ever been at in my life! The worst customer service. Go find out yourself! I dare you!

This Dunkin Location seriously needs some help from corporate at this point. The staff is constantly changing, therefore so does the service. The one female manager is awesome and helps when an order is incorrect. But the new staff needs some help. The new guy (don't know his name. No name tag.) was beyond rude. When I got to the store to pick up my On the Go order that I had placed 5 minutes prior, it wasnt even looked at and there was only 1 other customer in the store. Once I asked for my order they had to find it and then make it. Whats the point of On the Go if I have to order and wait in the store anyways when there isn't even a line or wait? Then the guy made my 1st coffee and spilled coffee all over the side of the cup and then handed it to me. I grabbed napkins and cleaned it off myself and told him that he spilled coffee all down the side of it. He then proceeds to make my 2nd coffee (spilling that one as well) and hands it to me without saying a word as if he did it on purpose. I have 2 Dunkin locations close to me. I can assure you I won't revisit this one. Maybe they should take pointers from the one on Rt 41. That team knows what they are doing and sees twice the volume!

And side note. The building needs some serious help. The ceiling was dripping water on my shoulder while I was waiting.

Lobby is never open due to "understaff" as the sign says. The line for the drive thru is always too long because of this.

Is the new manager you have in there young bonette not sure of her name she's gotta go in your stories turning around keep the same employees please have you set your Li have a separate library my name work in the counter very very good service

THE ABSOLUTE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS I'VE EVER SEEN! Mobile orders are placed and then when I get there, the store is closed WAY earlier than the scheduled closing time. I have to get my refund or items tomorrow now.

The other day, my friend also went to pick up his mobile order and then the young little girl closed the doors in his face and just smiled really big at him, even though it was WAY earlier than their normal scheduled closing time and he told her that he had a mobile order he was picking up. THESE YOUNG little KIDS NEED TO BE FIRED!

My mom was in the drive through line and asked to add a refresher and Eric said "No I'm not doing that we have way to much to do, drive back around" THERE IS NO ONE BEHIND US, it's 5: 40 the doors are locked when my friend went to go inside and order the drink, says they close at 7: 00.this guy is rude and should absolutely be fired! There's another little black fellow and a white girl that are ALWAYS FRIENDLY. This guy is a jerk.

This Dunkin Donuts steel peoples money and hope you will just dispute the items! They make 2 unauthorized changes on 05/06 and the manager said, “They have new machines so it’s doing the unauthorized charges to peoples credit/bank cards. This is unexceptionable and this business shouldn’t be allowed to steel peoples hard earned money Someone should be accountable for this.

Avoid. Has begun charging previous customers at random even if you haven't gone in days or weeks. Check your transactions.

Inept staff! Don’t waste your time or money at this location. The attached image is actually 3 wake up wraps that they wadded together. So pathetic.

The lines are consistently long and there is always something wrong with the order. It is unfortunate that the staff is so incompetent!

Food and drinks are good here. Only issues you might find if you are looking for fresh donuts, you have to come in morning because at night they are almost rock hard.

Some stuff is overpriced but others are not. Will get the job done. Place was clean and staff was friendly, after all that is what matters the most to me.

Placed a mobile order at 6: 25, arrived at 6: 35 and they're closed when they close at 7. How am I going to get my money back? Literally the worst dunkin

This place is doing unauthorized purchase to peoples credit/debt cards. The Manager stated, “that the machines are being switched out and blamed it on the machine”. Unacceptable when charging peoples cards. Check your cards! My husband was charged twice and haven’t been there in over two weeks! They still didn’t fix the situation and hope people will just dispute the charges. They need to be closed down or go to jail for stealing peoples money

Nice staff but not very organized almost forgot I had ordered food and my hash browns weren’t even cooked they were ice cold and hard

Placed an order for my family of 6. Not a single thing was edible. The breakfast sandwiches tasted and smelled like chemicals.
