Inside never open. Line always wrapped around the building. Extremely long wait times. Terrible.

Good service but, whoever the manager is needs to stop it with the OAN news channel, (cause that’s not news). To have to view all the hatred while waiting to be served is really ridiculous. You could feel the tension between customers, thought there might even be a fight, yes, a fight on Saturday morning at the local Dunkin’ just cause of a politically motivated conspiracy theory Chanel spewing hate. Thanks Dunkin’!

Horrible customer service, had nothing available that was advertised. My order took bout five minutes, and I was the only one in line.

It doesn't matter if you're one of ten cars or the only car in the drive-thru, you'll wait 10 mins for one coffee. If you could avoid this DD you should.

Wait was long in drive through. Asked for toasted bagel and was served cold. Found a piece of plastic wrapper inside of the bagel with cream cheese. Coffee was disgusting. My husband ordered later in the day and had a similar experience with nasty coffee. Wish we could get a refund.

Always very slow and don’t know how to make drinks all of them are like that now I just go to Wawa now much better anyways

On my way to work in the morning around 730 I have to leave 20 mins earlier from my house to try and make it on time to work. With only 6 people in front of me it takes them 5 minutes or longer for each person. Very ridiculous. They need a new system.

The past 2 times I have visited this place I’ve ordered my usual coffee and they give me some weird mix of things that isn’t right. Awful customer service, run by a ton of teenagers who are clueless. I order donuts too, and they throw them in a squished bag. The only way to hurt a business is to not visit it…

Very poor customer service. Was there on 9/26/21 grab coffee and breakfast for my family, we asked for a ham and cheese croissant with NO egg on it. Well we got it with egg on it. I went back in to show what i got and my receipt showing it was suppose to have no egg and the young lady grabbed my sandwich and receipt from me. I told her i want that receipt back and she makes a new sandwich and throws it in a bag and tosses it on the counter with no apology, just a never bad attitude and very unfriendly

If your in the business of customer service and you cant treat your customers with some respect then you should find another job!

Worst store ever.
Walked in on Oct 11 evening. Two clerks were there. One was working in the drive thru. The other was chatting with his friends at the pick up window. I waited several minutes at the cash register and the one chatting with his friends looked over at me but kept on chatting.after 4 minutes or more, I asked in a voice to be heard, if anyone was working the register, or if I needed to go thru the drive thru. The one fellow stopped talking with his friends and walked to the back.the fellow working the drive thru window held up his finger to say: "one minute". After taking care of another drive thru customer he asked me to come to the pick up window. I then tried to order a box of joe. He said: "huh? " I repeated the order and he said he didn't know what that was. I left. The website shows that Dunkin sells box of joe.

Super slow, we were waiting for 30 and i didn’t even get my order taken. People were leaving mad because of how slow they were moving.don’t recommend

Every time I go there they are either out of food or ovens are off. Would highly recommend choosing different dunkin, I’ve never had a good experience there the 7 years living next to it. Not to mention the staff is always very noticeably untrained on what they are working on and careless.

The staff are very unprofessional, and nasty. Here we are it’s 5: 32 in the am, and none of their lights for the menu were turned on, we asked the lady if we could get them turned on, and her response was “Well there’s nothing I can do”. Again, very unprofessional. I immediately left, and would not recommend anyone go to this Dublin Donuts unless you’re expecting poor service.

Very unprofessional staff. Ran by teenagers and they don't have a clue or not enough training of how to run a business. No type of greeting in the drive-thru. If there is a manager on duty they need fired. This place needs a team like Chick-fil-A. I hope the owner see this, but I have a feeling they don't care either. And this is from todaySept 25,21, figure we give them one more chance. $3.55 doughnuts

SUPER SLOW SERVICE. Messed up our order as well. Multiple people standing around who had ordered ahead, hoping to avoid waiting. They waited longer than everyone in drive-thru and walk-in, staff asking them what they were waiting on.

8/19/21 Long line at the drive thru and I decided to park and go inside to order. I don’t like waiting for 15 - 20 minutes in a car line. Guess they don’t like walk in customers because the door was locked.

Drove down the street and bought my coffee elsewhere.

Takes forever to place an order in drive thru and employee starts conversation with "what do you want" giving me attitude without me doing anything.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to! Waited in drive thru for 10 mins no one took my order. Went inside thinking they don’t have enough employees, well there was like 8 employees just standing around doing nothing. I was standing waiting for someone to ask how can I help you, NOTHING! They all looked at me and said NOTHING not even the manager. Finally someone ask what I ordered and made my drink wrong. I ordered online for pick up, and they just didn’t know what they were doing. Dunkin always hire anyone with no experience, and people that don’t want to work, just stick with Starbucks.

We ordered two bagel breakfast sandwiches on everything bagels with a side of cream cheese. We got one plain bagel one everything bagel and no cream cheese.if you are looking for easy to do fast food, stay home.these teenieboppers have no clue!
