Very unhappy with the way my iced coffee was made it tastes nasty and not sweet like I asked. Coffee tasted like it had been sitting there for hours like almost burned.

Worst service I was ever given I order online and go pick it up for them to tell me it's not there. Than realize they pushed mine aside instead of making it than I received a a ice latte large which I told them looks like a large cup of milk and they said that's how it's made its the cream that makes it that light I am just so upset with how this locating does thing if there was no stars I would of put that wont be getting my money no more
.

As a worker here at dunkin i just want to say we work very hard and fast it does get over whelming but we get the job done every time, fast food is not easy and is not always “ fast “ all of my co workers work to the best instinct that they can and keep a smile on their faces at all times.

Just got myself a coffee and a couple donuts for my kids from this location. The guy working the window was FANTASTIC! They were super fast and beyond friendly. I wish every location was half this efficient!

Staff unfriendly. No hello or good morning. Took order then walked away to talk with other staff. All staff standing around talking to each other only. Food slightly burned bread. Food overcooked and dry.

Went through the drive thru Monday and Wednesday mornings on the way to work. Both times my order was wrong and I don't have the time to stop inside to get corrected.

The supervisor got mad because I us upset with an order which wa burnt crisp. Never going back.

Just wanted “two-wake up wraps”! Lol an then got 6 pounds of bacon in a bag? 20min wait an no receipt everything an my donut was stale“ my fault” I guess

We stopped at the restaurant at the Forum first and despite them being open they would not let you in the establishment so we ventured to the location off Dani and this location was awesome. Perfect sandwiches, perfect donuts, perfect beverage and the staff was absolutely wonderful. This is our new go to Dunkin' and we've eliminated the Forum location from ever going back.

Worst Dunkin ever! They gave my daughter (14 years old) a burnt black croissant sandwich after she was waiting for nearly 20 mins and when we returned it upset, the supervisor got mad at us that we were shouting at her staff which we were not. She was more concerned about her staff’s feelings instead of us receiving a burnt sandwich and poor customer service. Messed up our orders on numerous other occasions. Last visit to this place, wish I could give -10 star.

Was a pretty meh experience probably would never go back to that location. People need to learn how to do their job and take pride n their work. Not trying to sound like an a hole, but come on people.

Go to the Dunkin that has on tap down the road, this one is awful and the staff is untrained.

None of the drinks were mixed leading to an inch of syrup at the bottom, my assorted (different) munchkins were all the same (glazed) and the attendant argued that assorted means they pick which one I get. I got a cold foam coffee and since I have to mix it all of the foam gets mixed in which makes ruins the coffee.

Yesterday I went to the same Dunkin, had to have attendant remake the drink because it was not mixed, received wrong sandwich.

I have issues almost every time I come to the Dani drive location.

Just seem like it wasn’t a happy Steph my espresso tasted very awful they didn’t have anything well the mix in there they had a special I took a vantage of it the donut was good Restaurant was not prepared for safety had no hand sanitizer anywhere no soap in the restroom pretty disappointing to be honest with you

Store lobby was closed, only drive thru open. Order was misunderstood by cashier and had to clarify at the window. Only bagels available were 'sesame' and 'everything' at 12: 30 pm. Cashier had never heard of a glazed stick or a crueller. Sandwich order has unmelted cheese and burned bacon. Snacking bacon was burnt. So not happy, the quality was way below Dunkin's standards

My mother in law came through and ordered our food and I got a hot caramel latte and they forgot it at 8: 45 am. We came back again at 9: 13 am and placed another online order while we sat in line. The first thing they said they didn’t have cold brew? Obviously they were mixing my order up with another customer. Our order that we put through was a HOT CARAMEL LATTE on the mobile app so we could see the order and location to verify.

We put through ANOTHER order for a caramel hot latte and they finally made the drink while we were sitting there at the window. So, we were charged 3 times for 1 drink. I did not sit there and argue with the employees but it’s got to be known how bad that service was. Absolutely horrible communication skills from the 2 employees I talked to. I get it is a Sunday and you’re working in the morning, but that’s some of the worst service I’ve ever had in my life.
