Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
16Went through the drive thru and got through it pretty quickly. My only complaint is the parking. We had planned on going in to order but they didn't have enough parking to do so that's why we opted for drive thru.
Great, friendly staff. Clean and socially distanced inside! Very helpful and patient with the 4 kids I brought in for ice cream.
My girlfriend and I went for breakfast to the Dunkin Donuts on Walsingham. After ordering our food and drink we sat down to eat. And mid-meal we were told we had to leave because there was no dine-in. The employee rudely hung over us until we grabbed up our food and drink to leave. On exiting I searched but could not find any signage that indicated there was no dine-in. I will not go back to this Dunkin Donuts after they made me feel like a criminal. In this day and age you cannot get away with such poor customer service. This location has more 1-star reviews than any place I've ever noticed.
Generally good service at this location. Have been through drive-thru a couple of times and the orders have been correct. It’s not the employees fault.but, having masks on makes it very difficult to understand them.
Terrible experiences all around. They run out of large cups and can’t bother having customers wait 5 to 10 minutes to walk and get them to restock.
I have gone to this location a few times and this will be the last time. As I pulled up, a worker was outside staring me down as I pulled in the drive thru. I felt uncomfortable. I ordered my food and when I pull up to the window, that same female was now at the window taking my money. I ordered a drink and a wake up wrap. I got my drink and then another female fave me my food bag. I said thank you and she gave me a mean look like I was wasting her time. As I drive away, I go into my food bag to get my food out and the bacon was just thrown in the bag. I had to MAKE my own sandwich. The cheese was burnt and I just threw it away.
Horrible service every time. At least they’re consistent. There is a pandemic going on and I’m an essential worker. I am giving YOU my hard earned money. Such a shame.
Showed up early on a Saturday morning and placed a big order to take to work. Everything was great! And, even had an offer to help me carry my 2 dozen donuts and box of joe to my car. Great customer service.
Very rude employees. Bad service.
Messed up order. No napkins.
Left off the bacon on a bacon cheese sandwich. Had to knock on window to get the rest of order. Should not be in customer service.
Supposed to be open at 5 wasn't open until 5: 45 you would think they would give me my hot chocolate for free for sitting there for 45 minutesbut now they charged me instead then after I pulled away and took a drink it wasn't even the right thing
Absolutely terrible customer service. Very short and rude and made it seem like I was a huge inconvenience to them just for being a customer. And my sandwich looks disgusting burnt and smashed. Never going here again.
Eh so so service. My friend works there and shes pretty awesome but sometimes they can be slow.
You guys need to work on your people skills! Instead of saying 'is that all' in a rude tone everytime someone says an item, how about waiting 2 seconds for them to finish what they're saying? And if the order is messed up how about saying, "I'm sorry, we got a little mixed up. What did you order? " in a pleasant tone, instead of being mean to your coworkers? !
I was in the drive thru and heard this for every order.not just mine. So I'm not taking it out of context. And this isn't the first time.
Food was fine, customer service needs work.
Stopped here to get gift cards for my child's teachers for Christmas. I needed 9 gift cards. Imagine my horror when the cashier told me this franchise had a limit of a total of $30 worth of gift cards per customer. I will never patronize this location. I will also let everyone know at my child's school down the street about this ridiculous policy.
I went through the drive through to grab 2 dozen donets and 50 munchkins at 6am I received my munchkins and was asked to pull up to wait for my donuts, ok no problem. I pull around and I watch as employees are playing around. 10 min later they bring my donuts out and say they ran out of boxes so they put my donuts in the munchkin boxes. At this point I just need them for my employees. I get to work and each box has 6 donuts stacked on top of each other so the chocolate on top is on the bottom of the one on top of it. How do you run out of boxes for the donuts? Wont be back.
Really. Ordered TWO bacon egg and cheese croissants. Even paid for two but like usual someone can't count and I only got ONE! Good job! Now I know not to go to this location!
