Dunkin', Cocoa Beach FL

What a fantastic location, it was incredibly clean, the staff were efficient & lovely, and they made you feel welcome. The coffees were exactly as expected, and the food was good value. This location exceeded all of our expectations.

Love this Dunkin.everyone who works there is very friendly, helpful and knows what their doing.this dunkin is always stocked too!

Came through the drive thru early in the morning, coffee and a sandwich. Service was excellent, food made perfect.

Recently came here for breakfast. Staff members were friendly, welcoming and chatty. Food was fresh, hot and tasted great! Highly recommended!

Guy who took care of us was rude. Messed up grilled cheese twice.was supposed to have bacon on it and went to counter to show them no bacon and guy said what's wrong I said sandwich was suppose to have bacon he said rudely oh yeah I forgot the bacon.he said what do you want me to do.my reply please remake it.lol.he did and forgot to toast the bread.so cold sandwich with cheese and bacon. I think his green hair clouded his judgement.

Coffee was great but, very small inside, and NO DRIVE THRU. However plenty if staff shirt waits.

Such nice people work there. Shame that using a credit card doesn't allow for tips. Be sure to bring a little cash

Unless you're stuck going here, go somewhere else. Plenty of reasons to be disappointed.weak coffee, no hot food usually and bad service.

Fantastic customer service but the coffee was gross. In our group we had frozen, hot, and cold brew and none were fabulous. The munchkins- delish! The unsweetened syrups they give so much it’s all you can taste. Not a Dunkin’ fan- sorrynotsorry

Everything was wrong! We oredered food and drinks, and the waitresse was asking what were our choice but we didnt have the chose tl have the bread as a bagel plain only! Once we payed they told us that everything was broken (ovens and no reicits possible) and for no reason she didnt want to refond us and send only replacment with onky donuts and nothing like what we ordered! It was like is we were disturbing her! Most of all that waitresse was ridiculisly rood, CHANGE YOUR STAFF NOW!

Of course we went during a morning rush and and there were some rude customers in line overall not bad The food was still kind of cold inside but the drinks were great

Just went to the Dunkin' donuts on North Atlantic in Cocoa Beach. Should have brought a chair with me. Waited in line for almost 15 minutes and was still not helped. Didn't want to be late to work had to leave. There's no sense of urgency here. No drive-thru either. Definitely will not return to this location

Ordered a few coffees and donuts in the drive through. Server looked annoyed that she actually had to do something. Most of the order was fine but just couldn’t believe the Boston Cremes. Both of them had no choc left on top - it had melted on to the bag. It was a hot day, I guess. But - they were stale and incredibly had no filling. I don’t think I have ever witnessed such a sorry state of a donut.

The cashier rung up almost every item in the order incorrectly, even after being corrected, and all the staff were rude and passive aggressive.they were out of several menu items and wouldn't take a hundred dollar bill for a $60+ order.

Asked for a small decaf caramel iced coffee with 2 creams and no sugar. Just before handing it to me realized she didn't make it decaf.
When I got the decaf coffee made it was pure creamer. The coffee was practically white!
She was distracted talking to a co worker while getting my coffee prepared. Dissatisfied with my coffee to say the least.

Beware when ordering from the app, they are likely to not have what you ordered and not have a substitute, as this has happened multiple times.that’s is they even allow mobile ordering, as they have turned this off during “peak times”. I have given this dunkin several chances (10+) hoping each time will be better, yet let down time and time again.the staff are clearly overworked and being in a tourist town, the chaos and confusion inside the store is very real.inconsistent coffee and food.save yourself the headache and drive to another Dunkin.

Creamer was chunky and soured in both my drinks, and the sweet black pepper snackin bacon was barely seasoned, it may as well of been plain old bacon

I have been using public restrooms all over the east coast North and South and I have never seen such an immaculate women’s rest room in my entire life! Great Job!
