Dunkin', Key West FL

My 3 buddies and i got to the door at 506 am and the door was locked. We aren't from the area so we double checked that they do in fact open at 5am as the door says. There was a woman putting signs on the donuts that looked back and saw us but did not acknowledge us. We gave it a few minutes but when she continued to put signs on the donuts we knocked on the door, not notion to us or acknowledgement. So we shook the door a litle, no acknowledgement, shook a little harder, no acknowledgement. Waited a minute or so qnd knocked harder, she threw her hand up and looked back at us annoyed. We gave it another minute and she came to unlock the door where she unlocked it at 511 and walked away. We all looked at each other bewildered and opened the door ourselves and went to the counter and after about a minute or 2 she came to the counter and took our order. I understand stuff happens and maybe she forgot to unlock the door but there was a way better way to handle the situation. Real great customer sevice.

This dunkin' was great got our order fast and on the way to our car I dropped my coffee and it was all over the driveway, (stupid me) my wife insisted going in to get me another, they gave it to her for free! That's above and beyond it you ask me. Key West people are the greatest!

Was given a $50 gift card. EVERY TIME we went, RUDE people working the drive through. I have never seen a smile in that building. They never repeat your order back, so it's commonly wrong when you get to the window. Sometimes they never even say a word to me, at all.
Today was the last day of the gift card. I ordered an iced oat milk latte. The sticker on the cup says french vanilla swirl. I gave it back and said this is not an oat milk latte and refered to the sticker. She just said, yes it is and gave it back to me. So today I'm drinking a french vanilla swirl.

So if you like rude people, getting your order wrong, and having to accept the wrong order go to this Dunkin!

The ladys were not very helpful and rude I work for dunkin in pasco I have worked there for 20 years and i can say is not happy at all

They have a hard time putting sandwiches and wraps together as well as toasting bagels. Coffee is good though and service is OK. Main girl at window could be nicer.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Asked for ice coffee and they gave me regular sugar instead of liquid sugar. Had my boyfriend go in and asked for liquid sugar. They just put liquid sugar in the same cup with unmelted sugar crystals at the bottom. If I come back to the keys, I’m staying away and advice ice coffee lovers the same.

Customer service was horrible! Girl working counter was always walking to her phone and when she asked if we were ready and we said no we need more time because it was our first there she let out a deep breathe and walked away with a very disgusted look on her face and then minutes later yelled across the store asking if we were ready now.very disrespectful and very unfriendly unfortunately.
