Dunkin', Jacksonville FL

My husband and I got icecream. The icecream was really good but definitely pricey. They had a good variety of flavors but the staff didn't seem to know what flavors they had or didn't have.

I pre ordered using the ap and got a bacon egg and white cheddar pancake wake up wrap. Upon opening the wrap my first smell was of syrup so I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't taste syrup and it wasn't sweet. Yay! Super tasty and the perfect size.

The bulging eye manager lady was as rude as her staff so I doubt the place will get better.
Hopefully they just shut this one down.
The cakes in the glass were all melted down and disgusting looking.
The cashier was oblivious and self absorbed the entire time.
Just hoping their souls will wake up one day and release all that pain and anger and heal from the trauma they're holding onto and abusing other people with.

This time there was only 1 person working and she did a wonderful job. But the time before that the drive thru woman gave me the wrong drink and wrong order, when I told her this was the wrong order she started to argue with me and told me this is what I ordered, I do not drink juice it's way too much sugar and that was the drink she handed me with the wrong order. She continued to argue with me so I drove off without getting anything.

Disappointed isn’t the word. The sugar in your ice coffee you add after The fact? It doesn’t desolve and sits at the bottom of the cup. I’ve seen a few reviews just like this for this place. What a waste of money.

Overall great experience something that's becoming harder and harder to find from similar restaurants. Service with a smile actually! There's been other places I've gone and realized it wasn't the place I wanted to start my morning. But this place here hits the ball out of the park every time!

You have to check if you order any kind of hot coffee. They always give warm coffee, not hot. When i asked why, they were also very rude, even their manager!

This is ridiculous. You do realize that people have to get to work right? Even though the drive-through is pretty quick in the mornings, your iced coffee is the worst I’ve ever tasted. I go to another Dunkin’ Donuts on the other side of town but I work on this side of town so sometimes I’m forced to stop it to this place. They are not making the ice coffee right at all. A huge glob of sugar is at the bottom of my cup and it happens every time I stop in. It’s disgusting and a waste of money. I’ve attempted to tell the manager but nobody there cares

1 person working inside register, making drinks, and ice cream orders and then 1 person cooking, working drive thru window, and expo.
Food came out in a decent amount of time but I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes for 1 large iced coffee and still haven’t gotten it because she doesn’t have time to make it since people are still walking in to order.
They should close the dining room orders so they can have time for everything else.

When I come to this location they never have the labels on the donut racks
Today I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong
There are 4 other Dunkin Donuts in a 5 mile radius
The one at 7171 Phillips HWY needs help

I first off want to say that I went to 3 drive thru fast food breakfast restaurants before i landed at Dunkin, i never normally eat breakfast and wanted something. The only person was Anthony, Anthony i give you a phenomenal 5 stars for still being amazing while being the only one there. This one star is for Dunkin having 1 person to open on a Sunday. I'm sorry Anthony was running around like a chicken with his head cutoff. But he was so kind. Thank you Anthony for being an awesome employee! Shame on you Dunkin for not having enough staff.

This location only usually has about half their menu available.
Don’t try to swing through on a Monday or you’re gonna catch nothing but attitude.

I advise everyone not to try the Tiger Tea Bubble tea @Dunkin Donuts, because it's disgusting. It tastes like a diluted dawn dish soap and milk. It's not even boba it's raisins. My advice is to stick to making DONUTS and COFFEE. And they charge $6 a cup for a small. Anyways bless y'all hearts for trying.

Normally I just get drinks at dunkin but was traveling and wanted something to eat. HOWEVER, (as shown in my pictures) the menu screens for were blank/not working and somehow the employees were unaware? So when I was ordering I said I was trying to figure out what food I wanted and the employee looked annoyed and pointed towards the screen (where the items are SUPPOSED to be) but then she was surprised saying “DAMN. ” She tried (poorly) to explain a few items & it was disappointing the employees didn’t know their own menu items. Then whatever egg sandwich I ended up ordering with my coffee, turned out to be a wrap? (not what she described). Even the coffee was somehow messed up not sure what happened but surely disappointed

I went to drive through and no one came to the speaker two people in front of me drove off because no one came to the speaker so I proceeded to go to the window to ask if the speaker was working and I was told that they were busy because there was a line in the lobby and they couldn't take my order nobody had a headset on and nobody was letting people know what the drive-thru anything I think that's kind of disrespectful and bad customer service they should have at least told somebody that they weren't able to take an order but instead they ignored the drive-thru and we're very rude at the window that's good I work in customer service and I understand it gets busy all they had to do was take a moment to let somebody know

The service here is terrible, the manager just overcharged the customer ahead of me and said they could make my order because they didn’t want clean their blender again.

I frequent Dunkin’s all over when traveling and this location was such a wonderful experience. The store was so clean kept, the donuts looks incredible and to top it off the service was even better! The 3 women working were customer service experts and made my frozen coffee with some much love! You know how you can just taste when something is made with care? Thank you for the love. 5 stars all the way for this location! And for everyone reading this! Don’t forget to tip your baristas!

I waited 10 minutes on drive through for them to take my order of black coffee. There was only one car in front of me at the pickup window.

Staff is always great and professional. Wayne in particular was by himself and still taking care of customers with a positive attitude

I always go through the drive thru. Cashier's never give me correct change when I pay cash. They short me every time. I don't feel like that's an ethical practice. To me that's stealing. I'm not sure that I'll be going back to this store any more
