Rude employee in the drive through.
She did the order wrong and just tossed the foam out and dumped in what they forgot in there without stirring it through the coffee.

Ordered a mocha iced coffee with liquid sugar and sweet cold foam, same thing I get every time I go to Dunkin. I get to the window and was handed my coffee, I politely explained I asked for a mocha. The cashier pointed to the label on my coffee and argued with me that I didn't ask for mocha. Yes, I did, and I'm so glad she felt the need to point to the label that she herself created because this wasn't a mobile order. She took my coffee and dumped out the cold foam to put the mocha pumps in while actively complaining to her other coworkers about me. I didn't get the cold foam that I paid extra for, and she didn't bother to stir it after adding the mocha either, plus no liquid sugar, all of the sugar crystals sitting at the bottom. I'll make sure to never come back here again and if anyone else reading my review is considering taking a chance to come here, please reconsider. The customer service of these employees is considerably lacking and the attitude is uncalled for. There's no reason to argue with me about my order, acknowledge your mistake, fix it, and move on.

I have been going to Dunkin for over 40 years. I still love their doughnuts even though they are mass produced. The staff here was more interested in sharing who did what to who. I really don't care to hear about their friends issues. More concern about the customers would be nice.

Worst Dunkin ever. The woman in the drive thru was so rude that we got our coffee at McDonald’s the following day. Highly recommend not visiting this location.

Bad services. The hot coffees that I asked for were cold and the attitude of the woman gave us a bad experience

Deborah was all of the atmosphere in this store! She was great behind the counter and was the definition of hospitality. Everyone who came in knew she was taking care of them! Would for sure come back for more doughnuts and Deborah.

Made to go order in store, server didn't put finished drink in the "to-go" area for me to know it's ready. Then when I walked up the server decided to start cooking my order, btw the center was still cold. Just as I was walking out we noticed little Sugar Ants on the bar counter top, disgusting.

Ridiculous! It’s a Sunday morning Ofcourse there’s gonna be people needing coffee. There’s only one girl working while there’s people waiting for over 20 mins inside the store as well as cars parked in the drive thru. I don’t blame her. She’s working so hard and she’s no machine. This girl deserves a raise! Please have more people working. She’s doing the drive and helping customers in store all by herself

Honestly the worst experience I ever had, I ordered through Uber eats, I didn’t even get half of the order, they never called to ask me they didn’t had it or anything, I paid 85 dollars for 9 items and I only got 4, tried to call them and never answer…

We were here on our way to Orlando, stopped by to enjoy coffee along with everything bagels which are hit and fresh, filled with cheese.
They have their own restrooms as well.

Chairs on tables, so obviously not wanted to dine in, that's fine outside seating was available. They were very short staffed, like every where. But the attitude was unnecessary. Working retail (specifically food) it very difficult. I go out of my way to be helpful and understanding. Not everyone coming in is out to make your day worse!

Brianna was very rude and interruptive. She was also activly eating doughnuts while taking our order and speaking about our order with her mouth stuffed full of food. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Her response to my obvious disgust was simply “I’m hungry”.

Closed with all the lights on during the stated opening hours. Sign on front to "be kind to the people who showed up for work". Lol. Apparently that is nobody.

To begin with, they have a sign up, pretty much WARNING customers to “behave”. On then other end, you’re the one dealing with the worst attitude from the employees. Never coming back.

Let’s start off with the sign on their door that says “the whole world is short on staff. Be kind to those that showed up! ”… okay…. However, you walk in and no one is kind AT ALL. You can tell they do not like their job. Horrible service.
