Dunkin', Titusville FL

They have stepped up their game. Coffee is better than a year ago for sure. I'd rather come to this one than the one in Titus Landing.

The staff was so, so kind but I ordered an iced caramel coffee and I got iced caramel tea instead?

Unfortunately to no fault of the employees there just are not ever enough employees to run this Dunkin efficiently. Today with only 2 cars in front of me. I waited in line to place my order for over 10 min.

Best employees of ANY DUNKIN IN BREVARD COUNTY! Go there every morning, coffee is always fresh and the bacons crispy

Wow, first time grabbing breakfast at Dunkin Donuts in a few years and will probably be the last. I got a wrap and hashbowns and a coffee. The wrap was chewy like under cooked and there were 6 little hash browns. I threw the wrap away and went 7-11 to get food.

Totally understaffed, I waited nearly half an hour for a simple snack wrap. And they got the order wrong, they gave me a pancake wrap. The line for drive thru was about a dozen cars. The poor guy running the grill was definitely overwhelmed, then finally someone came to help him. I usually go inside to order, but that did not save me much time.

"This" D&D Robs without a Ski mask. They're Bold with their outrageously High Price for a cup of Ice Coffee. $ 4.48 for a cup of Ice Coffee? That's. 0.65 MORE than what other D&D charges for Ice Coffee and ALL OF THEM charge MORE than the price for a Gallon of gas.

I tried to pick up my app order but was never served. And since you can't cancel an order, I'm out $22.

Hit or miss. They run out of stuff like many other places so it is what it is The drive thru person is either super nice or the complete opposite. Drive thru wait is pretty quick even if there is a line.

Drive thru - no one there. No one in line. Totally empty & when the server answered the mic & I spoke, I was told to wait! Wait? For what? Not even polite but rudely, WAIT! I only started speaking because I heard a voice. Lord knows you can't tell what the person on the other end is even saying because of the horrible walkie talkie equipment. I had to wait because they didn't have enough coffee on hand to fill my order! Really? No people inside, no people in drive thru & there wasn't enough coffee? I mean I seldom give a bad rating without trying to relay an upside to my experience but there just wasn't an upside! After waiting for the coffee (order of 4) I had to ask for a carrier as they were being handed over 1 at a time thru the window. It's Dunkin Donuts, coffee is your business. I can't even say if the end product was good or not because I was so miffed.
I'll be looking for another location or perhaps I'll find a Wa Wa's close? I feel just so let down. I couldn't give one of my favorite places a great review? What is this world coming to?

This is by far the worst DD in Titusville/ Mims. The manager appeared to be working very hard but running around made him seem a little chaotic. He kept taking the employees off whatever task they were doing to do something else causing things to delay even further. I placed a mobile order and when I walked in my food was ready but not my drink. I had to wait for a while before I could get anyones attention. Then when I told the girl I still needed a drink she looked at me like “are you serious” There were four employees and I was the only one in the building and when I came in there like two cars in the drive through. I had a regular latte and I had to wait 15 min for them to make one drink that they forgot about. Needless to say I won’t be going back to that Dunkin.

I know this location gets some negative feedback but I haven’t really had any issues. Have there be mistakes or delays, yes, but when short staffed or products are back ordered they can’t help it. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant.

I love Dunkin' for good coffee, powdered donuts, and an actual plant-based hearty breakfast sandwich!

Whoever the girls working this morning were deserve a raise! Every time I’m there these two are so sweet. They were slammed this morning and seemed to be struggling a little bit (school just started there was a line of cars to garden and inside had a line as well) and they were doing a great job! Smiles on their faces the whole time and so so nice. Plus my coffee was delicious!

Food good. Counter person taking orders must have got out of the wrong side of bed. So moody.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and not one of the employees even looked my direction. Extremely poor service. I walked out.

Whoever did drive thru this morning 6/10/22 at 6: 40 AM had a HUGE attitude and on top of that nobody put napkins in the bag. Place isn’t as good as it used to be.

Coffee was cold and weak. They are very skimpy with their donut filling. All cake and barely any filling. Frosting was light as well.
