Dunkin', Deltona FL

Walked in (because I called 6 times throughout the day and they never answered) this dunkin for the first time to place an order for a party and the customer service was terrible, inappropriate, unprofessional and literally made me never want to go to this dunkin again. The place is being ran by people who have no idea what they are doing. They didn't know how to fill the register paper.they called the "manager" multiple times to ask for help with the simplest things like printing a receipt. The lady was complaining about her job the whole time I was standing there. I'm disgusted by this place. It looks so dirty and unsanitary inside. I will never eat anything from here. Ew

Absolutely unbelievable.went to pick up my pre-ordered and PAID for 24 donuts for my son's birthday tomorrow and they had no idea what I was talking about. The girls said no one told them there was an order being picked up and they were out of donuts. The manager Glenda even knew I ordered them and didn't check if it got done or let them know. The guy that took my order was very clueless, but I hoped the manager would handle it at least.
This location is the worst dunkin I've ever been to.

I would like to give 0 stars. Worst experience ever. The girl behind the counter tried to start an actual fight with me because The card reader wouldn't work she was calling my names and screaming. Don't go here they never have anything and you will be treated like dirt.

I'm surprised these places are still open the donuts are terrible and the food isn't very good either.

My First time there today. It was just OK. No offers or deals And the popular egg wrap was pricey, no deals on that one either.: (

They never have the new products that Dunkin offers. They don’t have the egg whites omelette and the machine that makes macchiato and capuchino they said is broken. Is been about 10 days and sometimes don’t have whipped cream.

Very unprofessional service. I went with my friend twice and they get my orders wrong. Window Service didn't have change on both occasions. If you hire youngsters they think is a game by yelling in from of the clients again twice. We aren't going to this place again.

This one employee went above and beyond when I went there. Everytime I come they always make something wrong or mix the order up. But not this time not only she made the drinks rights she went to the window and made sure she was going to make them right. They need more employees like her. I will only order if I see her because the other employees are just rude and don’t know how to make anything thing right. I even asked what her name was to write this review thank you Sky.

Idk what’s going on in there but I was the only customer and they were absolutely frantic and I think one of the staff was on drugs. I asked for a hot chai latte and they brought me iced and I was like “no I didn’t ask for iced” and she told me they’re not doing that right now and then said “you didn’t pay for it yet so you can just go” then she said I’m the one who made the online order when I JUST paid at the drive thru and clearly not an online order. Then I asked for a refund and she made some normal looking girl give me a refund and she was nice but I felt bad she had to work with that other lady so I just left with these NASTY chai lattes. I hope Dunkin’ Donuts has an employee assist program so that girl can get the rehab she needs to be a working class citizen some day because she should not be working anywhere in that condition

Slowest drive thru. Lobby not open in the morning. Lattes are either too burnt tasting or too sweet.

It’s like someone took pickle, juice and milk. Mix it together and called it a chai latte.
I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts pretty regularly and it never taste the same. Half the time they’re out of either latte or dairy or the right size cup to put in. Today they were out of the croissant for my sandwich so I asked for a bagel they’re out of bagel so I asked for Brett. They’re out of bread the only choice left was an English muffin
I asked myself today how many times do I keep coming back to get horrible service and horrible food? I’m making this review that way I feel uncomfortable going back there and maybe I won’t. I thought maybe they’re just short on staff they’ll get through this than I thought it was supply chain problems, but there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts that’s always perfect right by my work. I just can’t have a cuppa coffee on the way to work. I got a wait till I get there. No big deal.

This is the most horrible Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The manager is a nasty disgusting person who won’t let you order and correct HER for HER being wrong. No she wants to yell at you stating my order which is WRONG, in front of my child and husband yelling at me. Worse management if that’s what you call her and worse customer service. This Dunkin doesn’t even deserve a one star.

Yesterday I went around 5pm to buy glazed donuts and the clerk at the window told us that they had run out to go to Walmart that they had there. It's incredible that at that time they didn't make more donuts when he says they close at 9pm.

This location has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced: pulled up to the drive thru window and asked the representative if she was ok and she said no because her manger won’t let her leave and go home. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never go hear ever again

Went through the drive through and asked for a coffee and was give coffee with milk. I thought when you ask for coffee, it is understood that it's black coffee, no milk. When I asked for an item listed on the menu, the girl said that they didn't have it anymore. Very disappointing.

Food is Never the same, had a horrible sandwich today, they gave me wrong drink and the employees are not very nice or happy. Today was my last time coming here
