Short staffed, rude, long wait times, online orders not ready by pickup time, hot food given cold. Too many chances given to this DD with same outcome. I received better service at the DD located at 18801 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33169. My money is going where the food/service is better.

The people are nice the place clean! The wait is too long every morning visit 7 days a week.

This Dunkin always has kind service through the drive through. And so far every time we go there are donuts available.

Cut back on bagel types which was very disappointing and the pricing of 180 per plain bagel with nothing on it was shameful.

Horrible Service I sat in the line 15 mins waiting for someone to serve me I pulled up at 6: 06 AM to get my coffee before work I pulled around to the window an it was a lady in there the whole time. Wow some customer service

The employees need to change their gloves and wash their hands. Also, the coffee machine needs to be clean and sanitize often. I had an issue this morning, but Gigi the supervisor took her time to helped me. Thx Gigi.

I came in at 7 am and stood at the counter for 5 minutes nobody spoke to me until I said hello the just looked.they didn’t have any donuts or customer service skills

Drive through always takes forever. Also customer service is non existent, they can’t even say “hello” or “thank you”. At this point it isn’t even customer service just plain no manners.

The service is extremely slow. You order a coffee and a sandwich and waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for it

Well I love that new Dunkin' donuts Yes the lines are always super long starting at 6: 00 a.m. But the service gotten so much better There is barista there brunella she is the sweetest thing ever, the manager gigi? Very friendly They are very clean super busy all day long very patient staff members, people are rude and mean but they manage to make it through the day

Maybe there is staffing issues but the door is locked between 3p.m. And 4 p.m. I tried to order as a walk-in so I decided to try on another day.

I went to this location and clearly ordered a dozen of donuts and asked if it could be for 6 glazed and 6 frosted chocolate, when I got to the window the lady gave me 2 boxes of donuts with the ones I ordered, when I was paying the lady told me it was $14.88 instead of the regular price of $10.99, I asked why and she told me because she charged me 2 half dozens, and I stated that I order a dozen which is the amout I received, but she insisted that it doesn't matter she has to charge me $14.88 because I asked for 6 and 6, of course I did because I wanted assorted my dozen, long story short I had to pay the $14.88 just because the cashier wanted to ring the donuts her way not the way I ordered, a dozen. Bad customer service.

When I've arrived there @ 7: 45 PM the girl at the drive thru window showed me hand to her throat meaning closed! But I have to mention that I had to watch her for good 4 min with her ear buds talking on the phone. So Service is HORRIBLE! NO Wonder why this place have only 2 STARS! It's a shame because it's a Very GOOD LOCATION.

Lousy service. The staff really doesn’t wanna be there it appears. Miserable vibes. Close this location. Do corporate a favor

Came at 7: 55 to drive thru, they close at 8 didn't answer intercom.went inside at 7: 57 and she said they're closed and dumped all their coffee.will file complaint with corporate.

Workers are very slow, they close early and they got my daughters order wrong almost every time. She is sort of a picky eater and doesn't like cheese/most meats.
Some mornings when I try and get my children a quick and tasty breakfast, I am forced to leave the line so they aren't late.

This location here is the worst I have ever been to. I order online, I get to the store, my food is not ready. I wait over 15 minutes for my order to be prepared. I order through drive thru, they give me a cup of melted ice coffee, no Caramel that I asked for and the coffee was horrible. I've had like 2 other instances at this place, I no longer go here. I don't have the time to waste my money and time.

This Dunkin is so bad! Everything is dirty. The vents are dusty and caking up with dust. The workers are slow and mess everything up. The workers are very polite, they are just short staffed. The drive thru is always loooooonnngggg.
