Ive given this Dunkin’ multiple tries and they disappoint me every single time. I’ve waited 20min for a bagel. This last time I got a sour dough breakfast sandwich - it wasn’t toasted. Mind you I waited in the line extra time because of the sandwich (which is fine - obviously food has to be prepared). They threw everything in there and sent it out. Ended up eating elsewhere. The only good thing I have to say here is that my cashier, Selma, was super nice - she was great. Food sucked.

This must be the cleanest Dunkin I've ever been in! Friendly & efficient staff, wish this Dunkin was closer to my home!

I went this morning to this location and will never return. I will travel further to get what I want. As I was pulling in to park and go inside a worker was smoking outside and immediately put the cigarette out and locked the front door. I attempted to get their attention to unlock the door but the workers just laughed behind the counter. Also noticed the smoker went straight to the rolling tray racks to move them and didn’t even wash his hands of cigarette smoke.

Great hot coffee! Young lady had great customer service! This will be my go to Dunkin for now on, thanks Dunkin!

Went to this Dunkin as usual, the girls were extremely rude on the intercom, we have a family of 5 and wanted to add a couple munchkin donuts at the window that we forgot to get at the speaker for our kids.

They refused us, and told us we would have to get all the way in the back of the line to order the donuts for our kids instead of just letting us pay for them. Absolutely awful customer service and attitudes.

The manager came over and said you have to go to the back of the line and just walked away with a bad attitude.

Worst place, asking for a refund because I accidentally made an order but the guy says not my problem, can’t call manager, come tomorrow morning Idc about your school, not my problem, never ever come there. And one of them was a female when she first picked up made me wait for hours then didn’t help at all, definitely doesn’t care about me then I call back that guy picks up.

Should call their frosted donuts, barely frosted donuts. Everytime I get donuts, they barely put any frosting on them.

I understand when a store is short staff but today 8/2 I was patiently waiting in drive through for about 20 minutes then when I pulled up the order I received was a wrong then the poor guy who was serving me handed me a cup with coffee that was broken and some of the hot coffee spilled on my lap. Then I saw inside the store they looked fully staffed and there were a couple of workers just standing around and the other workers looked lost. I have been going to this location for months and every time I go it’s either a long wait or my order is wrong.

Extremely rude at the window in the drive thru. Got the order wrong. Go to a different Dunkin the service in this dunkin is bad.

I go to Dunkin 4 or 5 days a week. Tried this location on 2 different occasions and both times the service was bad. Missed items in the drive-thru, went inside and had to wait another 10 minutes. Second trip there was one person at the register with no help while the drive thru staff just stood around.

Bro.listen.they only have 2 employees working so they struggle to keep up with drive thru customers and in store customers.it’s not their fault but oh man the attitudes are disgusting.and the order comes out so wrong and dirty.not to mention they don’t restock their donuts.

Tony gave us phenomenal customer service and is an amazing attribute to the Dunkin’ Donuts I would love to see more Tony in the future and I appreciate him.

I prefer the one by moss park. The service is slower at this location and they seem to always be out of something and tell me after I paid. Less efficient in the drive-thru also.

Doesn’t suppose to be a fast food serving?
I was on line today for 20 min, they were short of personal, a huge line of cars, and the girl that served the people from drive through was very nasty. She kept me waiting by the window other 10 min, without apologizing, instead being very rude and loud. They were misplacing orders and kept people on line.
Anyway very very bad atitudine like I ve never seen anywhere else!
