The workers are very aggressive I asked for a sandwich that had egg, cheese and bacon and they gave it to me only with bacon. I was very cordial and I said good morning and I explained the case to her the girl grabbed my sandwich and threw the egg and cheese at her and told me on three occasions (have a nice day) with all the attitude in the world it really bothers me that people are like that, in other dunking they are very kind I'm sorry to say this but the truth is I don't pay to be mistreated I pay to have a good service and quality and now if this location works the most hostile people in the world

Was served the most disgusting burnt coffee I have ever received in my life, and it was over $5 for a single disgusting burnt coffee. Will be looking for a new location for my morning commute.

If i could give a 0 i would.some of the employees here are amazing but it's overshadowed by a a few completely disrespectful should never work in customer service employees that unfortunately are always taking the orders at the counter.i have had more than 5 horrible experiences with the employees and it's just crazy that you get eye rolls and death stares because you asked for 9 caramel and you sip it and it's really like 5 and you ask for more [ LIKE YOU ORIGINALLY ORDERED? ] like - real confusing.definitely go to another dunkin in the area for a better experience as this place is a nightmare.

This morning they had me wait when there was only 1 person behind me, I ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese, they barely toasted it, it was cold & barely put any cream cheese even after making we me wait forever.

Stood there at register inside for 10 min when no one else was even there so clearly not busy. Man working at window looked directly at me and never even said hey I'll be right there never came over so I just left. Terrible customer service. I couldn't get service.

Dunkin is my to-go for coffee on the go! Cost is reasonable, food pretty good, you'll figure out what works for you. My favorite would be the chicken stuffed cresssant. They don't offer the cut price iced coffee anymore but $3 for a Med iced coffee is do-able. If you'll lucky and a Baskin Robbins is attached, your coffee can become a coffee shake. At $6 can become addictive.lol. Enjoy!

LET ME TELL YALL THE EXPERIENCE I HAD THIS MORNING WAS SO AMAZING AND WAS DEFINITELY GIVING WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GIVE. THE ENERGY WAS JUST GREAT. AMBER WAS SO SWEET AND STEVEN YOU BETTER CONTINUE TO SHOW OUT. THAT FROZEN COFFEE WAS SPOT ON. LIKE YOU WERE ABLE TO READ MY CRAVINGS THROUGH THE HEADSET I DIDN’T GET THE LADY THAT WAS TAKING THE ORDERS BUT HER ENERGY MADE ME WANT TO KEEP ORDERING JUST TO TALK TO HER. I GO TO DD EVERY MORNING AND THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS ONE AND I WILL BE RETURNING. THIS TEAM IS AMAZING AND THEY BRING THE ENERGY NEEDED TO START ONES DAY OFF RIGHT. THANK YALL SO MUCH.

If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would! Waited 30 plus minutes in line to pick up a on the go order was late for work because of this. Ridiculous never have waited that long for two hot coffees. I get coffee from this location every single morning and today they have just lost me as a customer. Unprofessional and the lack customer service.

Getting better.again. I had stopped going here because they consistently got my drink wrong even though I did it on the app ahead of time. One time they put real milk in it and I'm allergic. They shut down a few times due to staffing issues but it looks like they are better again as of September 10th, 2022.

Today when I stop by they were having to take orders by walking from car to car and using a cell phone. I was very understanding things happen. However I waited 30 minutes to get a cold cup of coffee. Thanks for wasting my time and my money

The only reason I’m giving this location any stars is because of one of your employees. Her name is Sanders. Another lady with short brown hair was at the register and walking around not doing anything while Sanders was going back and forth making food and taking orders. We waited 20 minutes for our food which we asked the lady who took our order if our food was coming she looked at me and said yes it’ll be a minute snd continued to stand around. It wasn’t until Sanders noticed we were standing for a while that our order was made. They did give us the wrong order but honestly you have one star employee doing everything while the others just watch her work. I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted someone to acknowledge her hard work while the older ladies just stood around saying I’m hungry and did nothing.

The worst place I’ve ever went to. Service is the worst, disgusting product presentation (dirty coffee cups), avocado toast boxes oily, bagel’s minis with a greasy bag. I asked for a bag but they said since the order comes in a box a bag is not needed. 2 hot coffees with no cup holder. I was charged for a hot and an Iced coffee. Waiting time to take my order about 3 minutes, no glaze donuts, no chocolate croissants, waiting time to receive my order at the window about 15 minutes. I decided to cancel my order and they said that the manager wasn’t there so I had to come back tomorrow to get the refund.
Time of the receipt: 5: 54pm - store 354727 - managers or owners should check on the cameras so you can realize the type of service those employees are giving everyone.
I just asked the employee: Antonio is the name of the cashier on my receipt; do you think this is a presentation and service from Dunkin’ Donuts? He just answer NO…….

Too slow to take my order. I ordered four different items and they didnt have any available. I believe you need more staff dunkin and more stock available. This is not the first time you guys run out of things.

My co-worker and I order from this location all the time and I will say today was some of the best service I've received in a long time. Lately I've been very disappointed with the service at drive thrus however, both of the young ladies that served me today were absolutely amazing even with the amount of people waiting to be served. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I usually don't share reviews but couldn't ignore this one. I wanted to drive through for an order of coffee and croissants. The guy who was taking order had a good laugh on my asian accent.or on just my tone of placing order. I got so mad, had to skip the whole ordering and drive away without food. I wouldn't recommed this store to anyone.

I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER ONLY TO GET THERE AND BE TOLD THAT THEY CANT HELP ME WITH MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE HOT OR COLD DRINKS AND CANT SERVE MUFFINS CAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW. SO WHY WERE THESE 2 EMPLOYEE'S EVEN OPENING THE STORE IF THEY DONT KNOW OR CANT DO THERE JOB MAKES 0 SENSE THIS DD NEEDS TO BE PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN AND OUTTA MY NEIGHBORHOOD.

Friday night very cold? Only one employee attending the drive tru counter and preparing with a terrible attitude I ask him twice if he has hot chocolate with crem and he only answered what size I came out very upset why he never gave me what I ordered uhg I didn't have donuts either

If corporate reads these at all please know that this location needs a visit or to be monitored or given a completely new staff. The current staff is charging patrons for extra items they did not order and has disconnected their phone. I not only received and was charged for items I never asked for or ordered but the items I did order I received the wrong temperature drink, the wrong milk which I am lactose intolerant and a chicken sandwich without the chicken. I was also not given a receipt. I am unable to contact about a refund because their phone line is completely cut off so I have to dispute the issue with my bank. If you are miserable at your job there are plenty of other places hiring. Go there.

My order is ALWAYS messed up or missing items every time I order through DoorDash with this store. And I order multiple times a week to my work it’s very frustrating.
