Love getting coffee, donuts, and Ice cream from this location! Service is great and staff was very friendly even to our kids. Love the Ice cream cake we had for our sons birthday party.

I love this location! Go there every time I'm in town, but this last time (morning of 1/21/23) was the BEST! Ms. Liz (I think that was her name!) was training a new girl and they were both super friendly. Took a sip of my coffee on the way out the door. I've ordered the same thing regularly at DD for 13 years, and when I travel I just expect other DDs to mess up.but that first sip. Oh. My. Gosh! It was so good! Probably the best I've ever had. I think the new girl made it (sorry didn't catch her name tag!) Perfection! See you next time!

Do not I mean do not go here if I could give zero stars I would Elizabeth rhim the manager that's never there cause she has to always go to the car dealership.she get paid for 50 hours but never is there.she treats the employees so bad there she calls some of the employees the n word always call the employees out there name called one employees son a discriminating name n the boy is onli 10 when the register was short she would replace the money with hers instead of reporting the money gone missing so they won't watch her store she alway hitting g her husband n fighting with him cause he don't want to work there anymore but tells him if he quits he can't live with her. She always disrespecting everyone forcing them to work on there day off promising them a title just so they will come to work. She takes the tips that we would make n give them to the guy she just hired so he will stay the place is toxic it not a good place for anyone always sell out of date things telling us the customers won't know. Elizabeth rhim made us work while we had covid pasting it to everyone in the store. When she was the main one to bring it In n not let anyone know it very unsanitary. When people quit she calls police on them. Someone needs to stop this lady cause.

Elizabeth is awesome, we ride up to get our coffee there and she is always just so friendly. Always has a smile on her face and gave us some free munchkins last time we went to get our caffeine fix.

Tried to get some ice cream the guy walked to the register and didn’t try to help. Will never go there again. Rude and I don’t care attitude. Go to the build south of there and get your coffee and ice cream from them

We had a great experience here. We were helped by very pleasant employees and would love to come back!

Store was clean, restroom was clean. The one they call Anthony has the customer service ability of a rock. I will not return because of him. A real jerk.

Store is clean and in a great location. Too bad the help have no customer service skills. It's sad to see a worker with ripped pants, sweat running down his face and not looking to happy to be at work. I came to this location about a month ago and he was wearing the same clothes. Shame on you Duncan Donuts.

The staff here are brilliant. Been here a few times now. Main reason apart from the low prices is the staff. Will be here tomorrow morning for another capachino amd bagal. My son loved the Halloween donut the manger kindly gave out as he was so excited with the Halloween decorations

Liz was super friendly and the coffee was hot and the donut holes fresh and tasty. Great morning stop to fuel up for the day.

Good convenient location but customer service sucks.
3 workers there, I was the only customer and they made me wait bc one big guy was cleaning and 2 making ice cream. After 5 mins after finished cleaning big guy gave me attitude checking me out - like it was my fault he is working there, so the girl had to finish the order on the register for him.

We came here last night and the door was locked two hours early. We came back the next day and the manager on duty (older woman) was extremely rude to the workers who DID come into work that day. She belittled them in front of customers, making them upset. All the workers were completely fine except for this rude, crotchety old woman. No wonder there’s a worker shortage at this spot if the managers treat the workers so horribly! The review is not a reflection on the food quality or the workers, just that horrible manager. There is always a kind way to teach new workers how things are properly done but this manager clearly doesn’t understand that.
