16Customer service is trash. Was the only person in the place and waited 10 mins while the staff stood around talking and they hadn’t even started my order so I canceled. Then the shift manager gets an attitude because I want a refund trying to tell me they were making other orders while I sat here and watched them gossip and watch TikTok’s. Place gets worse and worse with every manager change
Honestly if you're a patient person while its really busy its not so bad. A lot of the time the employees seem understaffed which stresses out the workers and in turn causes customers to be irritable and rude. It goes both ways. Some employees are real cool and nice, but others are very disengaged and lack any enthusiasm which makes for an awkward atmosphere (shouldn't feel guilty ordering a coffee). Couple that with short staff and the online ordering system and Karen's being rude and over demanding, cant even blame the employees that much! As a customer and former barista, a tiny bit of patience and kindness goes a longgg way, on both ends. If you often find ya self irritable with these much needed customer service employees that help get you through the day, skip the morning before work coffee and food, and save this location for the weekend or less busy times. Keep it up DD employees and don't be discouraged.thanks for ya service regardless of the experience, and from my time in the same field, try not to take customers' entitlement or irritability personal.
I just want to say this place has improved with the new staff that is there now compared to girls before.
I love the energy in the place. They know who I am when I come in and know my order. I want to thank everyone there. #MyFavoriteDunkin
Gave them a $20 tip waited half an hour and messed up my whole order… Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this location
The doughnut was fresh and good. My Sourdough bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was good except for the bread was heated, but not toasted.
Literally a waste of time while waiting for my husband to order food they got the order wrong
Went in and ordered a grilled cheese and a frozen hot chocolate, no complaints on time or the drink. My problem is that I found not one but two hairs in my sandwich. Disgusting.
I used to come to this place with great service. The manager here now has ruined this place. It is unorganized and she has a careless attitude. If you are in a hurry or want all the food you order then this is not the place to go. Try another Dunkin.
The employees are nice and the mobile orders are usually on time which is great. However, lately they cannot sustain the rush hour between 7: 30-8. They need more help wait time can be long like 15 min or more.
They are completely incompetent. I arrived at 710. At 725 it was my turn to order. Per the Dunkin’ App, I activated a free muffin with a medium coffee. Their machine didn’t read it.the girl walks away for at least 1 minute to call someone. The line is at the door at this point. Finally, I nicely said that I’ve been waiting for 15min and I need to go to work if they can please just give me the muffin so they can figure out the problem. They said no. She proceeded to talk on the phone IN FRONT OF ME that I’m yelling at all the employees and didn’t understand the app even though I clearly showed her what I did. I will be calling corporate about their blatant disrespect towards customers talking about me in front of my face! When they were the ones wrong!
Decent location. A little hard to get in and I out of during the morning rush, and they normally don’t put mobile orders on the mobile order stand for whatever reason, but the drinks are made well!
I’ve been giving this location my business for over a year.the staff was great, customer service was fantastic. About two weeks ago everyone I knew was gone. All new faces, a bit disappointed but that’s business. In the whole year that I gave this DD my business I was always pleased with the service, never had to return any item. Since the staff has changed I’ve had to go back three times! Very frustrating. Time for a change.
Went this morning, (8/31) the service was excellent, so friendly. The gentleman who served me today was SO NICE, it says Stanley on my receipt, thank you to you, and to the woman who was working with you this morning, for making the start of my day extra special.
I go in to give the staff the benefit of the doubt and 8/10 it’s always a disappointment. This morning I asked for decaf TWICE and still got regular. Everyone is either talking to each other or texting. I am glad that my last two visits the store has been clean. Usually isn’t. And yes I know when I am drinking regular coffee vs decaf. I get instant headache with regular coffee.
I never like to make bad surveys but this is getting out of hand.the customer service there is so poorly.they dont even like speaking to u or acknowledging u when u come in. (only the one new guy with the nice curly hair) i dont know if its cause im black and 90% of the staff there is also and it shames me to say it but we feel like we have to treat our ppl with less manners and the non colored ppl with manners bc of race.well i come there every day going on 2 years and order the SAME exact thing but my order has been not worth the time and trouble.and i wish i had time to go to another dunkin just bc of it but its in my route to my job.i dont normally complain but the last few times ive got a plain bagel toasted it has been burnt & tell me why twice it was not even cut open or toasted and just put in the wrapper and in a bag.i tell the girl there and she didnt even apologize or say the next one will be on us or nothing knowing ive come there soooooo many times in the last year or so.yesterday was my last straw when i had to leave my job and come back bc the plain bagel i always purchase toasted had all this cream cheese on it. (first off that's extremely too much cream cheese i bet u guys can save more as a company if ur employees stop putting so much spread on everything) anyways when i told her my bagel have cream cheese on it and its supposed to be plain she just made me a new one and gave it to me in my hand with no bag.like c'mon i spend $4.67 everyday there 5 days a week thats alot of money if u think of it yearly so i think i deserve a bag.
This location has went waaaay down hill in the last 3 years. Used to be my favorite location even with how busy it gets, I didn’t mind. But NEVER will come back again. Rude behind young girl behind the counter that messed up my sweet tea 4 times. Like how? Then got the nerve to catch an attitude and making smart remarks when I walked back in for a remake. I let it go. Came back a different time same issue. Bad customer service! No “sorry I will accommodate that” or hello, thank you come again. They need corporate to step in
