Dunkin', Fort Myers FL

Probably the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. The store accepts mobile ordering, yet half the time they aren’t open or their staff don’t show up. I’ve lost $40-50 because of this. The manager won’t help me/is ignoring me. I’ve filed complaints with corporate and those are getting nowhere.

Just terrible service. Worth the drive to a different location.

I ordered a cheese and bacon croissant. But was given a bacon and cheese bagel and the bacon was extremely undercooked. It is basically raw. I tried to call the store because it was a delivery and no one answered several times.

20 minutes three sandwiches later before they could get it right rude untrained unprofessional employees

Staff is friendly.line is always long so I place order on the app, but they don't have a spot for pickup.so you always end up waiting in a 15 min line anyway.don't go here or order on the app for here if you have to be anywhere on time.

I didn't go, I ordered through a delivery app. I wasn't crazy about the fact that the store doesn't let you make requests. So I couldn't even ask for ketchup for my breakfast sandwich. My coffee was great, as always. It would have been nice if the delivery driver would have been able to add in my ketchup for me, but the bag is actually sealed shut so she couldn't do that. Could she have grabbed a couple ketchup packets and brought them with her separately? Sure, she could have done that. But that's the separate app and that's not what I'm reviewing right now. Just would be really nice to be able to add a request for condiments, utensils, sugar packets, etc.when using their delivery app.

Very slow and had no food /donuts. Only 1 employee working. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was the employee was polite.

Definitely a good place cause not even 6am and place is jammed packed with patrons. And good experience especially since one of our supervisor Rohan paid for everything and the chefs don't skimp out on pizza and beef a roni and with a mini Dunkin donuts as well.

3 workers only 1 girl working line out the door the 2 standing there were on there phones will not be going back to this store

Pretty much every time I visit this store, they never have what I order. Total waste of time. They also do not serve almond milk.

Very slow and never have anything that I wanna order. They either over cook your food or burn it

Great! Leaving from vacation. Needed a good hot coffee. I really wanted McDonald's coffee. But none on the road. So we saw Dunkin. Seen to have now roasted black coffee. Love it. Was fresh and donuts very fresh to. Thank you.

The drinks were made very good the only thing is I had to get cash out of the ATM because their machine wasn't working and no drive-thru

While Dunkin coffee is great Service by employees need a little more motivation give this place 3 stars only for service coffee it self is awesome

Very poor service. They weren’t busy and still took their time taking my order. Employee took my order and never said a word, no receipt. After 20 minutes I finally got my order. Will not be going here again for a while

This location never gets the order right and always on the phone. Today I went at 5 30pm. The girl did not take my order and said they were closed. Bad customer service.

Disgusting place. You buy donuts and smell to fries chicken, everything is mixed and a mess.
Not recommended at all

The doughnuts were okay. My sandwich was given to the wrong customer then given to me. The bacon, egg, cheese sandwich was cold, the minimal bacon was awful, and the bagel was not toasted.
