First got my coffee all wrong than she fixed it than I park to have my breakfast and find a roach very disappointed I try calling the place but no answer at all very bad service and quality of food not satisfied also as customer service

This location has been my go to for coffee on the way to work but not today. The lobby is closed, and there is a long line at the drive thru for the mobile order that I already placed.

Food tasted odd, it tasted like the smell coming out of building. Not enough staff and the staff were complaining.

Yet another dunkin with midnight coffee on the menu, midnight signs in the drive thru, and midnight signs on the windows but they will not make it. They took my order but gave me regular coffee, and when I said it's not what I ordered they just acted puzzled and shrugged and said they are told to do it that way and didn't offer a refund or to make the right thing.

Worse Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Was there this morning for a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was as hard as a rock like it was from yesterday. My coffee was fine. The employees we cursing behind the counter! Not very professional!

Horrible service! I waited at the drive thru for about 5 minutes and no-one came on the speaker so I figured it wasn't working. I drove around to the window and the guy who greeted me, Matthew I think was his name, gave me a funny look like why was I there? So I said hi I'm sorry but I don't think your speaker is working. I was sitting there for a few minutes and he said no, ita working fine. So I asked if I could just put my order in there and he said "I guess so" no apology or anything. So I said did you see me there and he said we're pretty backed up. I looked through the window and there were a bunch of employees chatting and NOT ONE CUSTOMER IN THE STORE! It's my first and last time at this very disappointing location!

For 6 months the foods been either burnt or undercooked cooked staff does not care and it needs change

Wow! Just left here I ordered a large decaf latte with 2 Splenda. When I got to the window they tried to hand me somebody's small black coffee and I said no and repeated my order. They handed me what I thought was my drink I checked the label the order was correct on the label. Half way home I start drinking it and it tastes very bitter. I got home and took a little off thinking maybe I'll add some more sweetener to cut the bitterness and I see why it's so bitter. It was black. How do you make a latte with no frothed milk in it! Too far for me to go back and have them correct it. Just spent the last few minutes reading some of their previous reviews, no wonder they got my order wrong it seems they do that for everyone why are they still in business?

They usually mess up something with my order but I let it go because everyone makes mistakes. Today was an experience that I had to share. Whoever was in charge on 12/15/2022 at 10: 00 a.m needs to be fired. I ordered 2 caramel ice coffees and received 2 regular coffees. I also ordered hashbrowns extra crispy and received very cold (not crispy at all) hashbrowns that were thrown in the bottom of the bag. All together, this place is a joke.

How do you give someone coffee instead of matcha latte. Matcha is green this is clearly wrong.

12/6/22 it took 20mins to make one hot americano. I was the only customer inside. Went back 12/7/22 & this guy told me they are not taking walk in orders & that I need to go through the drive through.with a line of 20 cars. Overall terrible management

2 people working on a Friday morning? Only drive thru was available I was waiting at least 25 minutes for COLD FOOD

Attendants We're real Busy, but my service order was Very Quick and Precise, Tasty too, Overall service Was Super Excellent Did Not Wait long for My Orders. Highly Recommend This Dunkin Donuts Est. I Rate it from 1-10

Sigh.nothing like getting in line at 8: 25 only to realize it's now 8: 40 when you make it to the window only to be told you can only get large because they are out of medium cups. So I pay a premium for the inventory issues? Ok. This happened on three trips days apart btw. They happened to be the first option on my route to work but there are better options further along so fool me twice.

Been there like 10 times in the past two years and every time something is wrong with my order whether it be iced when I asked for hot, or the fact that one time I asked for an iced pumpkin and I got pumpkin slush milk instead of coffee. And the service is always terrible

The manager told me to go to a different Dunkin after I complained that my order is always wrong. I asked he put more caramel because he barely pumped any into the cup, and told me I needed to give him a $1 for it. I have no problem paying for extra but he didn’t put the pumps I paid for in it to begin with.

He also must feel some kind of entitlement because he parks his car in the very first and only non handicapped spot in front of the store which should be used for customers to grab and go since the parking lot is already a nightmare to be in.

Very unprofessional man. Very rude. I listened to what he said, and have not been back since.

The most incompetent staff! How do you get orders wrong everytime! Bagel with cream cheese doesn’t mean butter with a piece of cheese on top! ‍️

Went to this store at 1: 30 on a Saturday and the doors were locked. Was told that they were only assisting drive thru customers and they weren’t accepting any counter customers. Never in my life have I experienced this,

Not even deserving the one star, lobby closed at 11am with six employees, 40 minute wait time, and rude employees. They need to do way better! Got the order wrong after waiting for that long!

30 minutes to make a to go order of a bagel with bacon egg cheese doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
