20I ordered a medium iced coffee. They gave me a cup full of just cream. No coffee or sugar. Just a cup of cream. I am at a total loss for words. How does that even happen?
Made an account just to say how horrible this place is. Everything burnt, cold, and wet donut holes. Unprofessional employees, would give negative stars if possible
Unfortunately I have to say the worst DD around! Staff don't know what's in their menu! Two people were switched in the drive thru before I copleted my order yesterday. I was ordering just one ice latte and cream cheese bagel (very simple order I believe). Then waiting for ages and I got someone's else order, so I needed to wait on the parking lot to get my bagel. Finally one girl came and again with someone's else order. I received my order for the third time after spending almost 20min there! They are very slow, confused. I am not talking about the huge lines in drive thru caused by them. And my bagel was almost dry, no cream cheese there (the amount of cream cheese was maybe for one or two bites). I am regular customer, so I know how the bagel should be filled.
I'm not sure who the owner or Franchise owner is of this location but whoever it is needs to have the ceo or someone from the Dunkin Donuts chain come down and take over this location use to be wonderful. Now it's down the drain I've come to vist many times and each time is more worst then the next.i came in today 05/23/2022 at 7: 45am no lines but one car should of seen that red flag what do you know closed. On a Monday then another time last week inside closed only drive threw ok I'll order my coffee and a bagel sorry its only 2 of us so just Donuts and coffee. Came another time waited 25mins for a coffee I put this on the poor leadership and unable to manage. You can have 1 worker or two if you can multi task and have a strong team or correct owner to come and lend a hand I've work for Dunkin in the past and never came across this. Works and teams need to be lead by example if they see the owner or area manager doesn't care then they won't eaither.
They need to replace the manager. The service at this location is so dysfunctional that the blame falls on the manager for their lack of training. I’m done with this place and will never return.
Awesome breakfast sandwich & the hot chai latte tea is definitely my picker upper in the AM!
Cashier is a nice and polite. The guy making the sandwiches very unprofessional his station is so dirty and he make the sandwiches or sloppy cheese coming out he gave me raw bacon on my bagel horrible horrible he needs more training in customer service I must say.
Pretty annoyed that I said no cheese twice at the drive thru, then when it was repeated to me the person said with cheese and then I again said no cheese. She then confirmed no cheese and the ticket even reflects it correctly. Opened my sandwich to be cold with no egg with cheese: (at least the cashier was nice and the coffee was good.
Quick two donuts, chocolate glazed, extremely quick service not a single issue. Donuts were great for a mid day boost.
The girls were very rude I asked for one large coffee with cream they handed me an ice coffee I said I did not want an ice coffee a hot coffee with cream, 2 of the girls said how do we know what you want. I kindly said if I wanted an ice coffee I would have said ice coffee my order was wrong they had to add to it at the window they where not happy and very rude
I ordered an iced coffee and had browns at this location. I was then handed a hot coffee. When I explained that I ordered an iced coffee, I was told that a hot coffee was on the screen. I then asked for an iced coffee. I was told that my order would have to be canceled and I would have to wait in the long drive thru line again. That’s ridiculous! I gave them two stars because my hash browns were fine.
Been going to this dunkin donuts for years. They fell off for a minute but I'm guessing there under new management now. The food is fresh and they made sure my coffee had just the right amount of pumps poo. Thanks for making my days go a little smoother. Lastly, the customer service was superb.
If I could leave a negative 10 stars I would. This is possibly the worst run business I've ever come across in my life. It's a stain on Dunkin's name
This is seemingly the over dunkin donuts whoop always have the donuts I want when the rest don't
Went to this location today and placed my order a driver cut the line went straight to the window and received service from the staff. They took her order at the window and allowed her to cut in front of customers who were following the directions of the establishment. I think it was rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful to customers following the rules. I will not be coming to this location again.
Love my app and getting my points sandwiches are awesome can never leave there without getting hash browns

This was the absolute worst customer service experience in my life. I have been long time DDperks member and I have never experienced anything like I did today. I put in an order via the app which I always do. The only difference this time around was that I picked up via drive thru instead of walking in. When I got to the pick up window she handed me four large coffees in a very noticeable flimsy cup carrier and as I struggled with that almost dropping all four coffees, she held her arm out very impatiently trying to hand me my food with all attitude and then proceeds to ask my with attitude “anything else? ” Um yes I had also ordered 12 donuts. I felt discriminated against because she gave me donuts that I didn’t even order, and when I went in to get the right donuts that I ordered I got nothing but attitude. The manager on duty wouldn’t even let me talk without being interrupted by her employee and her herself saying that I was intentionally blaming them for getting the wrong donuts which I was not. I was very polite and not raising my voice at all. They then proceeded to tell me that the donuts I had ordered were all out when I was clearly looking at the glazed and Boston cream donuts which were fully stocked. Along with horrible customer service, you can tell that they don’t clean the place.
