Very busy, but I went at 8am, so that is expected. Didn't put in my order until 8: 20 and didn't receive my items until 8: 30. If you are missing an item from your order, don't be afraid to ask, as they will forget.

Best Dunkin spot on earth! Fast and great service! Come here every single day. And to top it off Will is a hunk. Super friendly people!

Worse Dunkin on earth, anything takes 5 times more time than any other Dunkin that I even went plus always is missing something or half of the amount of coffee, or cold sandwiches not even the cheese is melted. Don’t even waist your time or money going there.

Very poor service.
Ordered on the phone app. Came to pick up. Was not ready and no one knew what I ordered. Then got the coffee but not the sandwich. After waiting again, I got the sandwich completely wrong again.
The person by the window looked confused and didn’t care about anything.
This is my second experience like that at THIS LOCATION.

I order from here with uber eats fairly often. Whoever makes my coffee and sandwich in the morning is amazing, its sooo good every time.

I wen’t in to quickly grab a coffee, 3 emplyoees working and no line, nobody at the cashier. Waited for a minute and nicely asked to be served, waited again and asked, no reaction. One employee left the store playing on her phone instead of serving me. Left the store after 5 minutes without being served. Don’t know what’s wrong with these people.

This Dunkin always gives the best service. They are quick and always friendly. Will specifically is a great worker, and handsome as well. Love this Dunkin.

People saying the service is excellent either came on a good day or flat out lying. The service here is so hit and miss. Some days I get someone who's happy to serve you, happy to be there. Other days it's like God forbid I even said hello or good morning to you. Some of them won't even greet you and when they make mistakes they throw out the product instead of saying "keep this so it doesn't go to waste. I'll make you a fresh one". Even the newer manager, the taller gentleman, seems like he started off customer friendly but now his attitude did a complete 180. Doesn't even smile anymore. Hopefully you guys fix this in your store cause your customers deserve better service.

Phenomenal experience. Top notch food, atmosphere, and staff. Have been here multiple times, and in very recent visits, the store/ atmosphere has changed drastically. Its a more enjoyable/ happier vibe with higher quality of product. Staff is very personable and well rounded. Tom was a joy to be served by, as well as Will who truly made our experience. We will be a forever customer of this store because of them.

I felt so bad - Only one woman seemed like she had any idea of what was going on. Everyone else just kept asking the customer's waiting for their items what they had. When the woman asked the other employees to get her something they ignored her. God speed to her.

This used to be a well run Dunkin but obviously new management has taken over and the service is slow and disorganized. There is another Dunkin which is further west in Yamato near the Ale House. I suggest you go there.

I was just there this morning and they were slow to open so there was a line of cars in the drive through. Then when I got to the window, they could not complete my order because their Latte machine was broken. Their resolution was to come back the next day. I placed my order online so I had already paid. I will be contacting Dunkin corporate.

The most miserable workers I've ever come across. They tried not giving me half my order today and acted like it was my fault when I came back and asked for what I paid for.
