My granddaughter loved the glazed donut and the jelly munchkins but the bagel wasn't fresh and was hard to eat.

This location is problematic at best. Slow, inconsistent service is the general level of service. Knowing this, I try to be patient. Went there this morning (Sunday around 8: 30am). Only a few cars in front if me. Got up to order screen very quickly. The worker started shouting through the intercom so quickly that I could not understand anything she was saying (as fast as terms and conditions at the end of a commercial). Clearly this is her schtick and turned a simple transaction into confusion. I drove off without completing my order and went to location near Clark Rd on 41. Amazing service.quick and polite. Forget Bee Ridge and go to this one.

Regularly closes early without any indication or update to the hours. Don’t depend on them being open past noon even if their time says so.

I’m not a huge Dunkin fan however I thought this location and the workers deserved a shout out. They were pleasant and accommodating. They were out of individual milk so they offered to make me a chocolate milk in a cup for my kids and also apologized for the inconvenience. The food took a big of time and they again apologized and thanked me for being patient. The world would be a lot better if we all gave each other some grace rather than always being upset when things aren’t perfect. Thank you for a pleasant experience this morning.

WORST DUNKIN EVER. DO NOT WASTE MONEY THERE.i placed a mobile order on 3/10 @3 only for them to be closed and I already paid ahead of time- hence the point of a MOBILE ORDER. I went back on 3/12 @12 to get my mobile order that i paid for with screenshots of the time stamp, the order, and the order number. The lady on the drive thru speaker was the rudest human being i have ever talked to. I pulled up to the window to speak with them in person only to find out she doesn’t work there? When asked what i ordered I repeated it multiple times to the the girl at the window. A MEDIUM ICED COFFEE W ALMOND MILK AND IRISH CREME.nope.she couldn’t understand the correctly.she didn’t put any flavoring in my coffee at all because she walked away. They were all fighting inside- which was closed
and screaming at each other.worst experience ever. I will never be coming back to this dunkin which I used to go to every day. AWFUL. RUDE. RIDICULOUS.

So the reason I give this location a two stars is because I've been super patient with the way they make drinks not for me a good amount of my buddies go to that shop too and both have the same comments so does my brother. No I'm not the one to b**** about any fast food restaurants because I understand you guys are in a hurry and things happen I'm understandable but I mean the caramel craze I got today I don't even think that he remembered to add the coffee it looked like they just dumped half the canister of creamer in it and then two cups of brown sugar and a drop of coffee and unfortunately that has been the case for all my drinks I understand there's a certain amount of coffee you can add to a certain drink but good Lord at the coffee at least.

Went to buy a croissant sweet bacon sandwich, no bread so they put on a bagel and ONLY 1/2 a piece and a quarter piece of bacon! Ridiculous!

Always awesome donuts, good coffee. Just wish I could be confident each morning that itll have speedy service, if so, I'd stop more frequently in AM.
It's a nice location and clean store though.
3/4/22 update; still love this location.
5 STARS for all their effort to have good and dependable staff!

This place is terrible never on time the drinks are not tasting right and the donuts are burnt this place took ten minutes for ONE donut and gets me late because of the service the workers are not responsible at all if i could give this place 0 stars i would

Allison makes the best espressos out of all the dunkin' donuts I've been to she is all that and a bag donut holes. She deserves a raise and promotion.

Very friendly and best prices in town for specialty coffees. Get the app to Earn points and learn of $2 coffee after 2PM. Earn free donut with your receipt. Try their new Hot and Spicy donut.their Ghost Donut! Yowsa!

Great service! Especially Will, who helped me save the day as I wanted to bring something sweet in for my colleges but was getting a late start to the day. Even though they were out of donuts and munkins by time I was able to arrive, Will offered to make some simple chocolate frosted for me. Saved the day, saved me an extra stop and extra thinking of ideas. Love my local Dunkin!

The donuts were good. The inside service could use some help. There were 3 workers there, the drive-thru was busy & the inside had 3 customers waiting. I was the 2nd customer in line, but the 3 ladies were busy trying to serve the drive-thru ignoring the inside customers. Don't you usually assign an employee to the drive-thru & one to the inside customers?

Staff is never very good. Young and inexperienced staff with s high turnover, employees usually appear to have a lack of hygiene

This location used to be incredible from their food and drinks to their service but I don't know if they're under new management but they are horrific. Ice cold ham n cheese croissant with the croissant like it's 10 days old to the service. Used to stop daily down to once a week now i doubt I'll go back. Sad because they're right by work but McD's is better.

Most of the time I go there service and food is pretty good, but there was this one time the employees were so awful and oblivious that I'm giving only 3 stars. That should say something

Well I went the other day and was trying to place a drive thru order and the girl was not professional. A paying customer should be able to ask a question about sizes with out a rude answer. Thursday 8 th of oct drive through 10: 00 am. Then she could not hear me so I went up to window to finish placing my order and she said next time don't drive up complete your order at speaker. I didn't say anything but yes mam but I knew I would never go back. My husband wanted a donut today at 445 pm Sunday the 11 th he went through drive through and they had no donuts. Lol dunkin donut.no donuts. So that confirmed we will not go there again.

I have been a regular here for 2 years now as I live extremely close and I have accepted that this location will not ever be great under current management. I wish there was another location close enough but unfortunately there is not. I could not tell you the amount of times I have been missing food items, had drink orders incorrect, etc. The drive thru is slow, the employees are not always in the best of moods. Bummer.
