Dunkin', Jacksonville FL

This has to be the slowest drive thru in town. 1 hour in a drive thru. Worst customer service. People inside moving like freaking turtles. They all need to be fired or retrained. No organization at all. They all look like they have no clue what they are supposed to be doing.

Today is May 14 7: 50am, and more then half of the menu is unavailable. Also they aren’t making the sandwiches as supposed to be made. Very disappointed in ruining a beautiful morning like this for me and my children. Inside is disgusting.

I always do mobile orders and it's never ready when I pull up. Good luck trying to go in in order because no one will wait on you. They're only dedicated to the drive thru. All of the kids there have bad customer service.

They are not open the hours listed…and never on sundays at all it’s a waste to go here when it says they are open till 8pm and at 3 it’s empty and closed! It’s a wast to even try to go here

I wish I can give them zero stars I went with my kids there today for some coffee and every think we ordered was horrible we didn’t enjoyed it at all my son ordered a frozen coffee and it looked like someone drank from it before it give it to us and I order espresso it was so gross o prefer go to the one by monument rd the manager should change all of the employees there.

Waited over 10 min in line. Specifically asked for the $3 breakfast sandwich and a side of hashbrowns. We get told the total is $7.04. She did not tell us we had to get a coffee for the special price whatever no problem paid the price. The breakfast sandwich croissant was burnt black and the hashbrowns were the soggiest ever. How in the right mind would these people think it's okay to serve food like this?

Worst DD I've ever been to.service always sucks. Today I ordered a "wake up" wrap and it wasn't even warmed up at all.
When I come for coffee and nothing else, things usually go okay.

Big Dunkin fan, but this location is poor. Asked for Vanilla Creme, got Bavarian. Not the same! Asked for 3/3 iced, got 5/5 plus Hazelnut. 2 donuts shoved in a bag, chocolate icing all over the bag. Use boxes! Pay attention to the order. Know your product.

Hardly ever go to fast food restaurants anymore and this morning reminded me why. Just spent 8 bucks getting breakfast there for a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. All uneditable. First and last time going there. Is there even a manager there on staff this morning and if so how does food like this get out past them?

The woman that was taking my order criticized me for wanting an iced latte with no sugar. Told me that it was “unique” in a bad way. I didn’t catch her name but she had red, curly hair. Then gave me someone else’s donut and charged me for that as well. I questioned the iced latte because it was just milk with probably one shot of espresso. She kept saying it had espresso in it. I used to work at Dunkin and I will never go back to this one. It’s not a difficult job and if she’s new then shame on whoever is letting her run loose. They don’t even have her name set up on the register for me to know who she is and they refused to print me my receipt.

Real slow, I sat in the drive through for 14 minutes, sat at the order screen for 5 minutes and waited to pick up order for another 5 minutes, that's ridiculous, the hash browns were cold in the center.

No bathrooms and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes on an on the go order that was placed 19 minutes before arrival. They were more interested in playing around than taking care of customers

The young girl in the window this morning was very rude & was more worried about dancing around and joking with employees. Took 15 minutes to get her attention for the rest of my order and a straw. Then after getting to work, realized my whole order was wrong. It’s always a mess at this location.

This dunkin used to be my go-to a year or so ago until they stopped putting in effort on making the food and drinks. I completely stopped ordering coffee from this location as it was never correct; it tasted different every time. The sweet tea is rarely sweet. I occasionally stop here to grab food and every time I leave disappointed. I usually get the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich, which, then, usually comes with a hard croissant, a cold egg, barely any bacon, and the cheese is cold/not melted. I want to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because they’re low-staffed, but the service isn’t even the problem. It’s the quality. The staff is always super sweet!

This is the closest Dunkin to my office and while I love Dunkin as a whole, I consistently have issues every time I’m there. It’s always the slowest moving line, employees generally aren’t pleasant, and they are almost always out of multiple food products or have issues with their kitchen equipment. Night and day difference from the location near my house, out in Nocatee.

Worst DD ever, they are not updated at all. They’re drive thru is old and you have to scream for them to hear you inside and they are never organized. It’s such an inconvenience to come here!

I want to begin by stating how nice and friendly the Staff was today despite being put in a odd circumstance. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived I was told both purchased items contained ingredients that they were out of. As I was trying to pick out another breakfast sandwich it seemed that they were unable to make almost every item on the menu due to out of stock items, here is a list:
-caramel
-avocado
-both kinds of bacon
-croissants
-turkey
-plain crème cheese
-bags

It seemed as if the staff was used to these kinds of problems, though they tried to accommodate a new order for me the best they could. I want to reiterate that everybody in the store was very friendly, this seems like a managerial problem that needs to be addressed.
