Cheese was straight up cold on my sausage egg and cheese croissant. Manager was being rude to her employee, which is literally his first day. Like be more patient. I spent $15 on my items and didn’t even get my second latte. Like come on really?

If you come to this Dunkin have low expectations and prepare to be disappointed anyway. I have stood there for 10 minutes and had several employees completely ignore me while they drank out of their personal cups (from other restaurants) or talked in the phone. Then if you get your order the consistency is terrible. Just no.

Why do they keep hiring people that don't wanna work here That are rude The new girl in there I know what she's going through at home but she needs to leave at home Being rude to a returning customer shouldn't be tolerated

Drinks are never the same twice, which is very frustrating and not good! Just for a simple caramel iced coffee! Staff is hard working but needs better training and correct product.

Absolutely horrible customer service.they will make eye contact with you then continue working, completely ignoring the fact that you've stood at the register for FIVE MINUTES without so much as an acknowledgement that you are there, they are busy and will be right with you, etc.then when they DO finally take your order, they are so disorganized that it takes a ridiculous amount of time for the most basic orders.not worth the time or over price just go to coffee guy or Panera.much quicker and nicer experience.

The drive thru service was exceptional. The food, however, seemed to have been microwaved. And not hot enough to melt cheese.

I've came to this Dunkin 4 times this month and ordered an Ice Vanilla Coffee. All 4 times I've received an Iced Caramel Coffee.
What's the issue?
Is the Caramel and Vanilla flavors too close together?
It can't be that difficult.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to! I’ve lived and traveled around the US and this Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst! I went multiple times because I understand some days are worse than others but every time I go here it never fails. One time I ordered a hot coffee and it was cold. Instead of making a fresh batch all they did was warm it in the microwave. Another time I went to order a dozen donuts and they barely had any donuts. I went mid day around 1: 30 and the store closes at 9 and they said they don’t make donuts during the day only in the morning. Why not make more donuts if your still going to be open for another 7.5 hours? ! Never again!

The lady went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted, even if she had to go out while the driver was unloading the truck.
The only thing I don't like is that you don't have a way to tip when you pay for your order with a card. I'm sure they lose a lot of tips.

Went in for a coffee and waited for about 15 min. It was noon so I figured the selection for doughnuts would be slim, but a caramel mocha coffee.

Got my coffee completely wrong and of course I did not realize until I was down the road. Mentioned it the next time to be sure it was correct this time. They just said whatever

Donuts were hard, dry and tasted old. Hardly any filling in the cream filled. And it was 2: 00 p.m. Poor selection. The person at the drive-thru did not know what kind of feelings were in the cream filled.

I could really only say it's delicious. I would go back here every single time. I wanted to get something to drink but it's so out of the way. I would just use a different place. However, the service at this particular one was epic. Along with that the coffee I had was astonishing. Made me feel like I was on top of the world. Not going to lie.

Safe, quiet place to take your grand children for delicious coffee, matcha tea, refreshing fruity drinks, and they have several snacks to choose from.

This place is the worst Dunkin I've been to in the entire country. Management and staff should all be fired and or retrained.

I like Dunkin in general, but this one is often out of things. Also they never have enough employees to cook or even stay open at times. We've ordered coffees and gotten the wrong thing several times.

Possibly the worst location! How much money they probably lose a day smh. They never have any doughnuts. The inside is always closed. Employees need to learn good customer service! Would give a negative star If I could!

Terrible service this morning. Went through the drive through at 9: 45 amand was advised there were no lids for any size hot coffee. How is this even possible!? Not to mention that I was held at the order screen for 5 minutes because the lady said they were short staffed and she couldn't take my order. Then I had to wait on the vehicle in front of me for another 5 minutes while they say at the window waiting on their order.
