This my new go-to stop James helped me out today, super cool and the store was in tip top shape

Wanted ice coffee from Dunkin checked on line said it closes in 30 minutes got there at 6: 39 and they where closed wasted my time and gas for no reason

Beware! They will take your order, then they'll tell you they can't make it because they're out of some ingredient. You can't get a refund because none of the workers are trained on doing refunds. Seems illegal. I'm going to go somewhere else from now on

Do not buy doughnuts here. Huge waste of money. For the price of 2 doughnuts here you can 6 or 8 at the supermarket. Coffee is overpriced too and the service is terrible. They are understaffed or move like snails. If you want to throw away money and waste time it's the place for you.

Coffee cup was not filled as normally is. When I opened the cap it was only 3/4 filled. Ordered a ham, egg & cheese croissant and had to change it to sausage. No ham at this location offered. Bagel with cream cheese. Cream cheese was a paper thin layer like butter. I love Dunkies but not at this location. Not my first experience with this kind of service from this location.

Employee did not like me on site and showed it. She was also rude when informing us the store was closing. The friends I was with made remarks about it.

I went in at 130 to buy a treat for a kid my family was babysitting for his after dinner dessert. I never looked in the bag but after dinner he goes to eat it and the worker put a "chocolate with sprinkles" face down in the bag with no wrapper. I was the only 1 in the store so she was not busy. Frosting was all off the donut and onto the bag. The cashier was VERY nice though

I think this location is kidda crazy at times but I love it! Yes, April and Tatianna supervisor whatever her name is lol makes me laugh its like being in a live sitcom! New series yall called its time to make the donuts lol

The person the look the order was nice up the manager was rude they did have what I order which fine but I said it have a price difference what they was giving me was cheaper she sucked her teeth they I told her the lady that took my order I was still missing a coffee and munchkins and the lady manager goes make sure she pays. Ask for my receipt that fine but she made it seam like I was steeling mean while shes the one giving me a cheaper item and not wanting to refund me

Ridiculous. 3rd time, NO FROZEN COFFEE! Line out in the parking lot. We all have to get to work. Only 2 girls running entire place. Owner and management should be ashamed……

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I know it's tuff right now for staff, but maybe they should train the ones they have better on how to deal with customers

Good place forever for donuts! But lately when I visited there was a lack of coconut milk (for the new advertise refreshers), some donuts

When I arrive at Dunkin’ Donuts it was 6: 55 PM they close at seven but the doors were already locked the young lady said that they close at seven but she already locked the doors before 7 PM I think that’s not fair for the customers that are loyal to Dunkin’ Donuts

Usually, coffee/donut shops in the area are swamped, and this ship was no different. But, as busy as they were, I was still able to get my order quickly and accurately. Cudos to the super friendly staff!
