Dunkin', Fort Pierce FL

Waited over 20 minutes for one donut, 10 munckins, and 1 coffee. I ordered and 3 people were helped before me, who ordered after me. Don’t recommend.

Slow as molasses and after waiting in line for 27 minutes. My wrap was burnt and the coffee wasn’t even the correct one smh, it’s always something there

Ordered a cold brew coffee, I took one sip of it and realized it was way too much cream for me. The coffee was almost white. I went back to the counter and nicely asked if they could just dump half of it out and fill the rest back up with coffee so it wasn't so much cream. The lady told me that no she could not do that even though I had just ordered it 15 seconds ago. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer, really great experience. Just go across the street to Wawa if you want a coffee.

Literally watched from the inside lobby the entire staff ignore the counter walk in customers to frantically take and fill the drive thru customers. Nothing I could do to make the change but I can go elsewhere and spend the money though.

The dunkin on us1 fort pierce is will not be going there I had to sit in line for at least 25 mins with on 2 cars ahead of me, I got tired of wait drove to the front as I was getting out my car the manager was outside smoking a cigarette and talking to a bystander. I walked in to see if I can pay for my donuts the employees seen me walking in they didn't greet me I stood to the register there was an employee standing to the right drinking coffee didn't acknowledge me she just looked at me. There was 2 other employees there one was making a frappe the other was standing so I said um excuse nobody isn't going to come and see what I want or say something. They all looked at me one employee said sorry its just 3 of us we just stated today and I asked who supposed to be training you they said the manager outside I left cause its crazy you hired these kids to work but instead your smoking a dam cigarette

The quality of service here is AWFUL. I waited 25 minutes before someone even started my hash browns. Altogether, I waited more than a half hour for my entire order, while I watched car after car go through, and walk-ins all got their orders… this location is consistently terrible though, and not one single person ever makes the coffee the same way twice…

These people can not get your order right and then they refuse to fix there screw up I'll never go back here

I love this location! They always get my coffee right. I tried the bagel bites and I don't think they were cooked all the way. The girl at the window was nice.

Coffee is good. Food is gross. The line is on the slower side but it moves when going through drive thru.

Broo DONT COME HERE they will ruin ur whole morning every single time it’s a waste of money n time to where u might as well eat at home or go to Wawa across the street, Avocado toast or bagel is always always burnt, hash browns soggy and microwaved and coffee is 9/10 most likely to be made wrong even the simplest ice coffee or macchiatos
pls save ur self from this location the ppl in the window are sometimes nice but the morning staff really don’t care about what goes inside ur body w the way they care for the food being made.

Go to the new Dunkin on prima vista n us1, they’re always on point

This is what I was served this morning it was cold and looking like it was pulled from the fridge and put into a bag this is not what the bacon is suppose to look like.what is going on with this Dunkin they mess up my coffee order all the time and I don’t say anything but when I buy $2.49 plus taxes on bacon and I get a bunch of crumbs plus it was cold now that is crazy I bought it for my grandson and I couldn’t give it to him. Plz if anyone goes here check your order before you leave the window bc this is not right.

A busy Dunkin - that just confirms that it's a good one! We did an online app order. They got most of it correct and quickly fixed what was incorrect with a smile and an apology. It was very busy with multiple employees working on orders when we stopped so understandable how that could have happened.

Every time i visit this Dunkin's it's always clean and the staff is always nice. Even when it's busy you still get in and out pretty fast

This place just needs better employees. Gone way down hill over the last year. Way too long of a wait for a drink that’s not made right.

This has happened to me not once but multiple times, they never do any orders right even when told the instructions they mess up the order. Takes forever to give you your food with all wrong food. I don’t know who hired the staff but the manager needs to look into them and see what they’re doing. Highly disappointed!
