17Every time I come in here, they are out of something. Last time, it was the ham and cheese stuffed croissant. This time, it was the Sea Salt Carmel Cold brew. So I ordered something else and the stuffed ham and cheese croissant. The croissant was cold as an ice cube.for as much as you spend, the quality SUCKS. The service was lack luster. I know service workers are overworked, but when someone says "thank you, " the customer shouldn't get a grunt?
I found a fly in my glass of ice water. God know knows what's in the ice machine for none of the employees to even check.

I have not been into a Dunkin donut for almost a year. The last one I went to was on gandy boulevard in Tampa. The food was badly prepared and the service was even worse. There was a young girl running the register and when she gave me my change back it was all balled up. I said something to her about that not being the way you had a customer his change. He said if you don't like it just leave it in the tip jar. I said something rude to her and she threatened to call the police to have me removed. I told her no bother and I'll leave now. I left and like I said it's been over a year since I've been in a Dunkin donut.

Girls were fooling around @6: 40 on a Sunday morning and no one at the drive thru. My order was screwed up and I over heard one of the employees tell the other girl to hurry up. She also got on to her for making my coffee hot when I ordered iced. I only ordered coffee and it was missing flavor, sweetener, and barely any milk. I ended up throwing it out.
Can't wait for robots to take over. Humans can't follow simple instructions
Waited a long time at the drive through to only be told to wait another min to place an order. Bad service.
I went today for an XL coffee, which is always good. I also ordered a black pepper bacon sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I had tasted. The croissant was overly toasted and everything else was cold. I couldn’t eat it. Aside from that, the employees need some more training. I went to the drive-thru and there was no greeting and the lady said go ahead with your order. I ordered my items and she did not ask if that would complete my order or anything, she just told the cost and that’s it. I felt so rushed. And the guy at the window definitely was new. He was so scared to talk. He told me the total and I gave home my money. Handed me my change and my order and that’s it. No thank you, no nothing. How do you run a business where you do not acknowledge your customer? Either train your employees the right way so they can give better service or shut the store down.
I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Still the same 4 cars in front of me. Lousy service.
I repeated my order 3 times at the drive through speaker. Once I pulled up to the window, I repeated my order again. Still got the wrong order. I have called the location and the main company number several times and no one answers. Impossible to talk with anyone. Very frustrated!
This is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Never go to this dunkin. Employee are extremely rude and very obviously under trained. Took over 20 mins to get through the drive thru and they still got our order completely wrong and were so rude.
Is there something to say that has not been said about Dunkin? Coffee taste great but sometimes too much milk or cream and or sugary premix that the employees are not really aware of. People with diabetes should ask for official list of ingredients.
Being in the area was a great experience for my son Chris and myself.

Excellent service! I can't remember her name, but she went above and beyond with being KIND, yesterday around 12pm!
For the most part, don’t have any issues with my orders. But today, my order was incomplete, I ordered a large coffee and they gave me a medium one; also ordered a large sweet tea and ended up giving me a large iced coffee. The employees need to pay more attention and ensure they’re giving the correct orders to customers.
Dunkin DONUTS is out of DONUTS at 8: 15 on a Saturday night…. What’s wrong here? !? !? How is this possible? !? !?
The service is always poor your order is never right all they think about is the holding time that's all the Armenia STORE IS THE WORSE THE MANAGER HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS AT ALL
