Fast and easy spot, the gent at the counter had some issues that he couldn't help. They should maybe add someone up there with him to offer encouragement till he gets the hang of it but no worries none the less.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They refused to let me order inside. I couldn’t go through the drive thru because I was in a semi truck. Ordered on the app for pick up. Walked in. The staff are so incompetent that they couldn’t figure out how to put together 2 donuts and a cold brew coffee. Their incompetence has them visibly stressed and overwhelmed.

While in the store I even heard them ask a woman who was filling out a job application “if she’s sure that she wants to work here. ” Followed by snickering.

…after repeating my order, and asking for them to fix it, I was replied to with anger resentment. This is a shocking level of nastiness from people who sell donuts.

I will never come back here. I recommend you fire every one in the store and close your doors. It’s a lost cause if they can’t handle a typical morning rush. So embarrassing.

Absolutely terrible store manager. Decided to be rude and go off on me because they gave a delivery to the wrong person. I’d greatly like to see a change in store management as her behavior is genuinely unacceptable.

This Dunkin sucks. Terrible service when asking for sugar so I reached over and grabbed it myself because the nearest employee told me she couldn't help me. The cashier moved slow and the other workers where too busy they couldn't help. That's not customer service AT ALL.

There is a person who is too disrespectful and sarcastic, and it looks like she hates her job. She was working in the drive thru, and she answered me with sarcasm cause she didn't understand my accent, I felt discriminated by her. Professional people know how to ask if they don't understand how the customer talk, instead of being sarcastic and humiliated the customer, when I arrived at the drive thru window I asked the lady there if was her who got my order and she told me "no, wasn't me, was her" when I saw the lady that got my order by the intercome she looked so bitter and bored, if she hate her job please, JUST QUIT OF YOUR JOB!

There are time when the people working the drive thru aren't busy and they don't even help the person who is work the front

Dirty! Filthy restrooms and lazy workers sitting on their phones doing nothing. It looks like the manager doesn’t have it under control.

I have never been into a Dunkin' Donut where I was not greeted as I walked through the door. Trying to get the manager to speak was like pulling eye teeth, however you can't screw up a donut order and or coffee.

Wanted to dine in and eat breakfast but they are still COVID 19 overzealous. If you want to enjoy coffee and dine in. Forget it!

Server was ok, just doing her job. Outside garbage was literally over flowing, inside needed a good cleaning. Good coffee and Blood Orange Tea.

I stop get a ice coffee the lady was so RUDE! IF YOU HATE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB DONT WORK IN THAT TYPE IF JOB! NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO LOCATION BECAUSE I TRY TO SCAN MY APP FOR MY REWARDS HER SCANNER WOULDN'T WORK I AM LIKE WHAT IN WORLD SHE SAYS I DINT CARE DONT OWN THIS PLACE! SURPRISE SURPRISE MY COFFEE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I GUESS SHOWS A COMPANY HIRES PEOPLE LIKE THAT NOTHING EVER GOOD COMES OUT!

I just ordered a coffee from this location for the first time and it was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a DD.
I tried to call in and compliment the man who made my drink, but I couldn’t reach anyone, so I hope whoever it was who helped me can see this!

He was so nice and personable. And my drink tasted amazing so that helped.

I wish I looked at his name, but I’m happy I made a pitstop there that morning!

The lead worker looked as if she was ready to walk out any min. Seems that she does not have alot of help, if any. Maybe it was just a stressful day, those happen.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The iced coffee was fresh and delicious. The store and restroom were both clean and well cared for.

Wow worse experience ever. We went through the drive tru a family of 8 and ordered alot. We get to the window and the lady gives us our drinks and we say we’re missing drinks please go park. We park and a lady comes out and states “ we just can’t give you a free drink without paying “ I stated mam who said we wanted a free drink we ordered and pay for everything. I asked to speak to a manger and as I walked in she yelled in the whole store this is my manager and the whole time the items missing was in the receipt. Never again will I go their I have never been so disrespected.

Come here usually around 7-8am. The staff is often pleasant and they do a good job trying to get you in and out. It’s appreciated. Thanks!

Wut the freak I ordered a matcha tea with little ice and they gave me a cup full of ice and little drink. 10 out of 10 would not come again

Drive thru was so fast. The server at drive thru was a young man. Who was so pleasant and courteous. Such a nice place. Stop there every time I go on a trip and pass by it. Always so nice. Coffee is so good. If you use Sweet and low. Just be aware. They stopped using it but do have Splenda an other sweetners. I always carry s&l so no problem.
