I used to go every morning for my Iced coffee. I occasionaly got a bad tasting, sour rancid cup, but blew it off until it was getting more and more frequent. After a couple months, I gave it another shot, and it is still gross and undrinkable.

It's DD so it's always good, but this location is very understaffed and you can tell the workers are stressed.

Update: Things are much better at this location. Crew is very friendly. Drive thru usually moves through at a good pace. No issues with coffee. Lets bump up that star rating to 4.

When the same crew works they are friendly and always get my order right. Usually once I start my order they will finish it for me so it is nice that they remember me. Past two weeks the coffee is not hot. It is barely luke warm. Sending off an email to corporate changed nothing. I do not know what the issue is but prices just went up and it looks like it might be time to head on over to Starbucks.

Been here three times in the past 2 years. This place is bad. I believe the workers and not well trained by their leadership. Not clue how to cook (microwave) a croissant sandwich thoroughly. Obviously to me it is not trained.

Please train your hourly staff so they can succeed.

Ordered food and one of the bagels had one side cooked but it was burnt and the other half wasn’t even cooked. They didn’t give us our coffee that we ordered at first. And when we took a sip of our coffee we realized that the sugar wasn’t even dissolved so I was drinking straight sugar. The donut I also ordered was just thrown in a bag and they didn’t even give it to us at first also it was a little stale. I also asked for extra cheese on my bacon egg and cheese croissant and they didn’t put it on there. Yesterday when I got the same thing they never put cheese on it which is why I asked for extra cheese today and they didn’t do that. The tater tots we extremely soggy. It wasn’t the dashers fault, she was extremely nice and offered to go back to get our order fixed but I didn’t want to make it her fault when it’s the restaurant’s fault. I’m extremely upset and unsatisfied with this restaurant.

They are friendly and fast. I always go in there in the morning around 7 and I never have had to wait mote that 5 min.

Everything was great I was trying to tip them and they say the owners Policy Restrictions? They are Not allow to take tips seriously? You pay lower wages and they are not allow to take tips?

Every Dunkin’ Donuts is somewhat unique as it is a franchise, owned and operated by the franchisee. To be kind this franchise is not one of my favorites

Look as someone who also works a service job, I make it a point to be nice to other service workers. I never ever write reviews but man, I had the worst experience here. Went through the drive thru, everything was fine until after I paid. Person at the window handed me the wrong order, ok no problem, went to turn to give it back, but they were already taking someone else’s order. I barely uttered a word before I realized, they then proceeded to shush me, once they were done they berated me for interrupting them. I apologized, got my food and left.

Dont order door dash from this store, they put the correct order sticker on youre drinks but cant make them correct.really not hard to read an order exp when u even put the sticker on a cup. They obviously dont care if its doordash bringing you coffee and send out whatever they want cause their to lazy to give you what you ordered thinking its okay cause youre not there in person.so wasted money on doordash delivery just to have to drive up there myself and have them read the order on the cup and actually make it it correctly.

Absolute joke waiting for over an hour for a simple DoorDash delivery. Do not recommend this Dunkin at all.

Getting my Dunkin’ in the morning is a frequent occurrence on my way to work these days. I have to give a huge shout out to all the ladies (and occasional gent) at the Cove and US1 location. They are always soooo nice and cheery. No matter HOW. Early in the morning. That’s for starting my day super ladies!
