Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
16This is the best Dunkin I’ve been to. It’s super clean and everything looks so modern. Staff was very fast and I like that there’s an option to pay through their big screens/tablet so it minimizes busy line.
So, I was told by the employee and the manager that I could not order the Brownie Flavor in store for a frozen coffee. I was told that I could only order it on the app. I don’t use the app, this is wrong! I am paying with cash, so I don’t use the app. I was told that is the policy. That is ok, my policy is I will not come back as your customer service is bad.
The young woman in the expediting position was super helpful to the cashier helping her understand my special request
Lousy system for placing order with one person and then waiting in line for 5 minutes for a cup of coffee. Seems person standing there with nothing to do could have handled the coffee. And what is the tip jar for?
Well. I am partial to Dunkin Donuts.have been drinking their coffee for years and years and years and so on and so forth. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee! Can ya' tell? And it's consistent.no matter where, what state, what community you travel to.
Employees didn’t even care about my order and just talking to each other talking’s about non sense subjects meanwhile I was the only customer and forgot to do my order and had to wait for half hour, my sister went and happened the same, I saw two Hispanic ladies talking to the same people almost making fun of there accent because there English was not perfect DO NO TE RECOMMEND
Last weekend went to the one in chasewood, they were all over the place and didn't know how to handle the orders. Came here today to avoid that and luckily not crowded til I can see why. The three people I saw working had such attitudes. The two in front of the registers didn't even acknowledge the customers as they were busy talking to each other. The guy asked me what I was getting and I said a dozen donuts and then he asked what kind and I asked if they had chocolate creme (since that is what I was sent to get anyhow) and he said no. I asked what the ones on the bottom were as nothing was labeled. He yells to the women talking who ignored him at first and then they came over with an attitude and answered the question. I began ordering and he said "wait. Is that all you're getting? It's 10.99 you pay here and then they will get the donuts for you". I ordered and I was very pleasant and said please and thank you but the girl didn't even acknowledge that I was talking to her. Just handed me the box with a scowl and then went on to the next person. I guess in today's day and pandemic days, whatever it is, customer service is no longer necessary but God forbid anyone is rude to them.
This was 5 stars and after three times going to this Dunkin that is very clean and the girls are so nice. I got one rude person and we haven't been back. I like treating people with kindness and this person made me feel disappointed and sad.
Ordered a med hot coffee with extra cream extra sugar they gave me a med hot coffee 6 creams No sugar. I ordered a vanilla cream filled donut gave me a vanilla frosted donut till I saw their mistake. There's about eight employees standing around two employees talking to customers I think they were more important about talking about things than helping customers. Only three customers including me in there but couldn't get order right. We'll stop by other Dunkin' donuts who care about their customers
Disgusting place I swear messed my coffee up 3 times and the manager was sooooo rude
When I came to her so nice about the mess up so over this place
Worst coffee I've ever had they made it twice I asked for lite cream both times they put more cream than coffee literally threw out coffee and walked out
Worst day ever.
I stop there this morning and the employee (Gabrielle) moving so fast as a snail. I ask her (can you please move white my order) and she get angry and ask for other employee to finish my order and guess what. It was worse because on my way out she shout GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I just can’t believe it because if she don’t have costumers she’s not going to have job also.
SO DISAPPOINTED.
The staff is rude, the coffee has been horrible lately. I don’t know what happened they used to be good. I wish this was a Starbucks. They are not friendly, very rude over the speaking when ordering, and the drinks NEVER look like the menu display.
Rarely open on time. It is 5: 30am and they are supposed to be open at 5: 00am. I have never seen a business run so poorly.
Dunkin's labor metric most be off.delivery orders and online orders are difficult to manage with walk in business when your production line isn't designed to handle orders coming from 3 different sources. 3rd party delivery partners go by the wayside and the perception to in store customers is aweful.
Today spoke with manager. They are now directing traffic to kiosk and online orders. Way to improve!
