Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
5Terrible customer service, terrible coffee and is by far the worst dunkin I’ve been to in the 8 years I’ve been going here. I live maybe 500 feet away from this place and still would rather drive to a different store. Tighten up
This place is terrible. Can never make orders correct. Rude and disrespectful. Was hoping for better service since there was a couple new employees there but unfortunately they still suck.
When I went inside it wasn't clean, or had a welcoming feel. The staff were nice but I expected a better environment. I ordered a iced chai latte previously before that was delicious. Today when I went to get another one, but it tasted like watered down milk with a coffee aftertaste. (Something as if it was made in a previously used coffee machine). I'm very disappointed and was hoping for another great drink.
I usually go here every morning on my way to work. On Tuesday I ordered and paid for a breakfast sandwich, but after I drove away, realized that what was in the bag was a plain bagel. Not a huge deal. The following morning I ordered the same thing and the same girl was working. I politely asked her to credit the sandwich because due to their mistake yesterday, I paid for something I did not receive. Without saying anything or apologizing for the mix-up, she asked someone named PATTI to come over, who instantly barked at me "next time come back when it happens or bring a receipt because I don't know you were here yesterday"; she then walked away while I was still speaking. No apology for getting the order wrong, no 'thank you' for coming back to our business even though we made a mistake-just a demand that the NEXT TIME they get things wrong, I should go further out of my way and spend more of my time to prove it. Just so you know Dunks, people don't actually NEED to go there every morning, and can safely go without your product. In a time like this, those of us with jobs to go to every day should be grateful for them, and take care of their customer and nourish the business that produces them a paycheck. It doesn't take much effort at all to accommodate and respect a customer who comes to you each and every day, and kindly asks for a reasonable measure to accommodate a mistake your store made. As far as PATTI is concerned, she has a lot to learn about running a shop and taking care of the bottom line. Simple math tells us that being rude and losing a customer over a $3 sandwich is not worth losing $200-300 a month in revenue, plus that of my spouse. There are Dunks everywhere, so even if my family chooses to go in the future, we have a plethora of options less than a minute away. As disappointing as this experience was, it's probably for the best. Like so many of us, I've been looking to eat better and not going here anymore will be a big step in the right direction.
