Paid for extra bacon. Got a few raw looking pieces instead. Hate to see what it looks like before the extra bacon. Sad sandwich for almost $7.

I mobil ordered pickup this morning and it’s obvious whoever was working did not care about customer satisfaction. My “coffee” was just watered down milk with not even a bit of sweetness. There was no Carmel flavoring even though I was charged extra for it…The sad excuse for a bagel wasn’t toasted and you can clearly see in the receipt I chose “toast dark”. Also…. What’s with the cream cheese?

Just be aware if you have two completely different coupons they will only accept ONE of them per visit with a smile. And no I was not trying to use one of them as a purchase for the other.

Got a frozen caramel coffee and jelly donut while I was passing through Palm Bay. Great crew and great coffee and donuts as usual.

Line is usually pretty long any time of day, but it moves very fast. The staff is super friendly, and remembers faces, which is pretty rare.
My fiance visits daily and for good reason besides her iced coffee addiction lol

At 7: 15am Drive thru was quick, which is a relief when trying to grab something before work and school. Employee was very cheery, the food was great!

Extremely rude and disorganized. I ordered a coffee and asked for the sugar to be melted. Girl replied well it’s hot coffee so it will melt so there that. Wait what! Girl no if y’all don’t melt or stir well enough then the sugar gathers at the bottom so there’s that! I wish they would teach customer service to their employees. Used to have a super awesome manager and I would enjoy coming through drive thru. Now she’s not there

Can't STAND this dunkin.they always have the most employees in the store from any other dunkin in the area yet never manage to get my coffee out WITH my food at the same time on a 15 minute in advance mobile order.and their drive thru is the most poorly planned traffic blocking design disaster I've ever seen. And people literally don't care, I gestured to a woman in line that I was going to park, not hop in line and she refused to not move up in line when the space had cleared to allow me to park bc she didn't want to chance me jumping in. (get a clue lady). The extra employees inside arent doing anything to get the orders out faster so they should just pull one from inside to direct the drive thru line traffic to not be such a nuisance.just do better.unnecessarily annoying

4 30 PM, no one in the store, 2 employees goofing around behind the counter, waited 10 minutes, before I heard from afar, we'll be with you. I left, this place is a bad joke, need some adults in there.

Definitely one of the better dunkins I’ve been to. Ive had no problems with my order or missing items on any of my visits. Staff has always been kind and helpful.

I applied to work here and got an interview then hired. I started working 5 days later. My first day was horrible, management had no idea what to do and did not teach us anything in the first hour. There was another trainee with me and we both had no idea what was going on. We were told many times to find something to do but we couldn't do anything because we didn't know how to do anything. After this horrible first day I decided I wanted to turn my uniform in. An hour before I did that I got a call from the manager saying "today was a rough day for everyone" and "one of my pet peeves is when people just stand on the counters not doing anything". Yes we were just standing there but because we were not told to do anything and it was my first day and did not know anything. I then went to turn in my uniform and not even two mins later I get kicked out of the group chat and receive a text from the manager saying, "I'm gonna reach out to the other 14 managers and let them know you are not rehire-able, have a great day and thank you for returning uniform! " Word for word. So after one day of working at this Dunkin Donuts, I would definitely not recommend working here.

Got a sweet tea and a hazelnut iced coffee. Both were amazing! As always. I don't think I've ever been disappointed with this location during any of my visits. Thank you Dunkin'!

I went in for the sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich and hash browns (11 am) but was told it would be another hour before sausage was available. There was a line wrapped around the drive-thru and out inn the street so I figured it was just cuz they were busy. So I decided to go in. The parking lot at this location is not made for a long drive-thru line as you can't park (or get out) when there is one. I would hate to live in the neighborhood or have to use that street as well, as traffic was blocked and the line only got longer. Any way.
I decided to get the ham, egg & cheese English muffin sandwich with hash browns.and I would never order it again.
The English muffin wasn't toasted (or even warm), there was no butter or anything on the muffin.it was taken out of the package, cut and that was it. The egg was rubbery.think school cafeteria sitting there for hours, rubbery. The cheese wasn't melted and the ham was fatty and cold (fatty meaning chewy). Had I known this was going to be a cold sandwich and just slapped together I would not have ordered it.or asked that it be heated or freshly made.
The hashbrowns were thin and not at all crispy, they were soggy and although they had a greasy taste to them it was almost like they were put on the griddle to be heated.
I'm not a huge salt fan but the sandwich and the hash browns had none.no seasoning at all.and a sprinkle might have made everything a tad better.
Although there was a long line for the drive thru I went in and there was just 1 person ahead of me. I might think these issues were due to how busy it was, but it only took less than 3 minutes from getting my change to getting my order, so it wasn't like they were backed up.
Next time I will get my breakfast sandwich from the other fast food places (BK & McD's) or spend the $5 and just get the ingredients and make it myself.
I keep going to here but only when I have a hankering for donuts.

The 4 drinks were dropped onto the side of my car. The re-do's were made wrong. The hot latte tasted like coffee and whipped cream, no caramel. The guy at the window clearly had no customer service skills nor did he want to work. Way to go team dunkin. I hope he isnt making more than minimum wage. He just lost lots of business. I will go to bayside lakes every time now.

It was pretty good, the food was good, so were the drinks, but it wasn’t very clean and none of the employees were wearing masks.

My husband and I ordered 6 breakfast sandwiches with minor adjustments like no cheese. We accidentally received one with cheese and went back to get it redone. The crew immediately apologized and jumped right into rectifying the issue. This team was great! Awesome service!

I've exclusively switched to mobile ordering for all restaurants that offer the option, which has been convenient for every restaurant I've tried thus far, except this one. They cannot get a mobile order right. I can pick the specific donuts I want, but regardless, I get to the store and they invariably ask me what I ordered. When you pick ten different types of donuts via an app, you do not want to get to the drive through only to discover that you have to tell them what you want when it should be right in front of them. No other restaurant seems to have this issue. So when I consider getting breakfast, I usually skip this restaurant.
